tightning up diet

well all this eating is comeing to an end as i am comeing off. i am going to tightn down my diet a bit, and incrtease my water intake. not complete contest diet just no cheat meals.

havnt got the new date for musclemayhem here in kc but it was the last week in may last year but i think they are going to move it to the beginning of may for 09 so definitly in may sometime.
