It's believed that trenbolone can lower thyroid hormones resulting in this lethargy so possibly taking a bit of T4 might help. Wouldn't use T3 though.
I can only use tren so long because it makes me feel like death. And when I say death, I mean I get so lethargic I don't want to do anything. It makes me very unproductive and starts to bring me down. I get mad and cranky because i'm just so physically tired. Kind of reminds me when I had mono actually. Lowering the dose for me personally never really seemed to help. I would just have to come off completely and within a week i'd be feeling much much better. I'v thought about using T4 but haven't yet. At some point I might try it. I guess it couldn't hurt. Whatever your body doesn't convert just gets wasted anyway so it shouldn't shut you down.
Edit: I just saw your other post saying you'll be running HGH so you should have T4 with it anyway.
If you ever need anything check my sig below and feel free to hit me up.
I'm using both esters and I use a little Helios to combat it. A ml of Helios sub q and you will come out of the hole like a jackrabbit. Just drink lots of water cause you are going to drop bombs like Hiroshima.
I was recommended 100-200mcg's a day, but again I've never personally use it. I would just research it a bit. You're body will only convert the amount that it needs for optimal T3, and just get rid of the rest so it's not like T3 where you can take too much and burn your thyroid out. However i'm no expert on this matter so that's all I've got for you. I would do a bit of research or maybe someone else will chime in.
A lot of people have had luck running GW50 (sold by SARMs vendors - it is not really a SARM, but rather a PPAR Agonist). GW50 is known for its endurance boosting ability (WADA banned it due to that), so it should counter the lethargy caused by Tren.
