TRT questions...

So I am on TRT and doc started me at 100mg cyp every week. I have been on for 6 weeks. Been feeling much better, I have noticed Im not as tired as before. But also I have tender nips now. So here is the blood work at least that I saw...

10/11 - total = 211
11/11 - total = 208
11/11 - total = 1189 ( about 3 weeks between this one and one before )

Lab said they didn't even check free on last one because it was so HIGH.
So I guess my question is - that is a huge jump, does that seem conceivable and with the nips is maybe I just have a high conversion rate?

So what gives...

It's possible. I am on 150mg cyp/wk for HRT and had a similar experience, except mine was free levels. My total levels are moot because I have elevated levels of SHBG. Anyway, I started on 200mg every other week, was bumped to 300mg every other week and after a couple months my free levels were still at the low end of normal. Then I switched to 150mg every week. Same effective dosage, but half as much twice as often to maintain more stable levels. Just that change moved my levels to the top end of the range, what would now be considered 'ideal'. So, IMHO, definitely possible.

Metal - yea they said 3-4 week into it to come in again and see if anything had changed.
