Waddduhp again, MC. This time i have everything planned and purchased... just waiting for the Arimidex and HCG to arrive before i start... On hand i have TEST E (Pharma grade BAYER), LGD (MC), OSTARINE (MC), CARDARINE (MC), MK 677 (HGH was to expensive..).. currently taking MK677 the past month at 30mg ED.. about to pin for the first time on sunday, or later as i gather opinions, but im def set for sunday... My stats.
STATS
Age: 26
Weight: 146pds
Height: 5'6
BF: 16-17% (been on a diet these past 3 months, eating clean, between 2000-2500 calories. Protien idk, Carbs idk... I plan on tracking my protein when i pin. Roughly ~250g of protien and 3000-4000 calories.)
Bench: 185x12
Squat: 255x5
Deadlift: 255x3
Background
Been training for 8 years+, on a constant basis for 2 years now. but was never on a diet. Ate whatever the fuck i wanted. Always been active, and skinny, cross country, wrestled 2 years, swimming for 2 years, lifting weights since i was 16, and only became serious at the age of 23. I would consider myself ectomorphic since i always had a problem gaining weight, i have a high metabolism. I feel as though my upper body is quite sufficient at the moment with the exception of my abs and legs, my legs are skinny mf. So for this cycle my goal is to focus on gaining mass in my legs while not gaining much BF% and increase my strength. (Ive always had a problem gaining mass in my legs, main reason why im doing this cycle)
Diet
Ill take a screenshot soon as i have it has a .docx document. I supplement with B-Complex (injection) and Omega 3.
Cycle
Week 1-10: Test-E 133.33mg 3x a week (400mg a week)
- I chose to do 3x a week to remain a much more stable blood level to avoid unwanted sides. First time...
Week 1-12: Amiridex 0.25mg EOD or E3D depending on sides.. (Should i continue thoughtout PCT???)
Week 1-4: GW 10mg ED
Week 1-12: Osta 17.5mg ED or Ligandrol 4033 10mg ED
Week 4-12: HCG 250iu 2x week (or should i start from the beginning?)
Week 12-16: Clomid 100/50/50/50
Week 12-16: Tamoxifen 40/40/20/20
Week 1-16: 2.5mg Finasteride ED (may increase dose to 5mg if i begin to shed as i am prone to MPB)
Bloods
I know i should get bloods done, but i will do so mid-cycle... 5-6 weeks i will furrsure do it (a lil pricey)
Please state your opinions as it is my first time and if any tweaking is needed. Also, my training routine is as follows.

Monday - Legs / abs
Tuesday - Chest
Wednesday - Back / abs
Thursday - Shoulders
Friday - Arms / abs
Saturday - Rest
Sunday - Rest
HOWEVER ---- I may just tweak my training cuz afte vigours research, recovery is highly important and over-training i want to avoid... so starting my first pin i will train as follows:
Monday - Legs / abs / cardio
Tuesday - Rest
Wednesday - Chest / tris / abs / cardio
Thursday - Back / bis
Friday - Legs / shoulders / cardio
Saturday - Cardio / Abs / Calistetics
Sunday - Rest
Opinions on training for mass? Possible links to pro's training or personal experience to train while on Gear?
