After a great holiday, my A1C started to get a little too high. I decided to add some IGF before bed to see what my levels were like in the morning. After the first night my levels were lower than the previous days reading. I kept this up for several days and my numbers continued to go down. The only time that my numbers would go up inthe morning would be if I forgot to take the IGF.
I will continue to see how this goes but I have to say that I am seeing results.
