3rd time using ugfreak and first 2 times went very smooth. I even posted a good review about them. But this time they screwed up. I ordered my products 2 weeks ago and still haven’t gotten anything. My tracking # isn’t even showing it moving or anything.
I hope they didn’t turn bad. Can someone maybe reach out to me and make me feel better about this. I’m worried that I am out $600.

your tracking # was not put in right by you. you were checking at the the wrong carriers website lol. its a common mistake. your products are on their way! delivery estimate is end of week
