so I used ugloz.is and I sent them crypto for payment. Sent $625. well the problem is and its my mistake I sent them 2 payments for the same amount. So I sent the $625 twice in a row. Instead of them refunding me they told me they can’t help me, but they would send me 2 orders of the same thing. I don’t need 2 orders of it lol! I think this is bad service not working with your customers
