I'd be like, "it's not my fault you don't know how to keep track of your seats available, or know how to count, for that matter. You want me off, you better step up with a bigger monetary number, along with multiple free flights, then we can talk". How is it this guys fault that he PURCHASED a ticket/seat, because he has to be somewhere, and because the airline can't remain accountable for their logistics, he's now suffering and inconvenienced? Granted he screamed like a bitch, but still I'm on his side for this one.
