My stats are 56 years old I’m 320 lbs and about 30% body fat
I eat a lot of frozen and processed food because I live out in the middle of nowhere and it’s hard to get to the grocery store more than once or twice a month.
I’m looking to boost my cutting and get more lean.
What do you recommend if I was to use GW 501516 do you think I should run it at 50 mg a day or even push for 100 mg a day will that increase my fat loss?
