Usnic Acid Pro's and Con's

Can someone please orient me to Usnic Acid. Is it the same as DNP? I was considering using for c ontest prep next year. I am interested in any feedback anyone may have, especially you Big A as I always learn something from your posts/replies!

If you plan your contest prep, you really should have no need for using it.
For me, it is only for extreme circumstances that you should even consider it.

bro I hear it's really very hard on your liver and if you're going to be on cycle or just coming off I would stay away from it if you can...
