Victor in jail...

I just got a call from Victor, seems there was an issue with his Visa upon his return to NY after winning the Arnold Classic Europe in Spain. Because of this, he is being held in a local correctional facility until the details can be straightened out. This is not a criminal charge, but an immigration issue. He is confident it will be rectified in a few days. We will keep you posted.

He is in the Hudson County Correctional Facility as of now.

Victor is a real good guy! I hope it gets straightened out soon. Is he an American Citizen or not? If not and if he realy was here on a VISA then he is pretty fucked considering he has a record, it makes it real tough to get citizenship here and on top of that with all the new Immagration laws, I would not be surprised if they didnt grant him access just to make an examply out of a well known public figure.

But as Heinze said above, I thought he was already an American Citizen?

I wasnt trying to be an ass, I am simply stating that he has had several serious stents in jail for drugs and such. He needs to be smarter then he is when he is playing with this environmrnt. How many times can he go to jail for drug offenses before the IFBB feels its a "black mark" on the profession. It food for thought. Didnt mean to be rude, just keeping it real as they say.

What's that have to do with him being detained over his Visa, and the black mark comment on the ifbb is a joke, the ifbb was built on drugs and further more Victors been an angel compared to a shit load of other pros past and present Actualy most of your post is out of left field as no one brought up drugs but you!

I also thought he was an American Citizen and even if he's not I thought the Dominican Republic was basically a part of the USA citizenship to where it didn't require a VISA, but I could be totally off base with that

Well has anyone heard anything more on this?

I have heard he was arrested at customs coming back tothe states here with Ecstacy and Juice. I know this sounds extremely FAR FETCHED considering you wouldnt think Victor would be safer then that , but this is what i heard, and ofcourse heard he is still in jail.

ANyone know anything, cause i find it very hard to believe that he would try to bring any contraban back on his fucking person and carry on bag, it doesnt make sense but who knows
