to create a POLL you scroll down to the bottom of the New Thread post after you make ur post title and description, then scroll down, click POLL and then choose the number of options for the POLL which in ur case is 11 . then a new page will pop up after you hit submit, then you list each members name in the the 11 options you have for each name, super easy brutha once you see the POLL down below

I think a poll would be the best, that way you do not have to tally everything down etc.. it's fool proof and easy for the users
