I was looking for some advice regarding weight loss for women yes i can appreciate Cardio, Good Diet are all key factors when doing so.
But i wondered whether a Clen cycle or Clen & T3 would be wise to use at the start or mid way through the training regime.
I'm open to any other possible ideas which will aid weight loss.
