Went to Dr. today

He said I have golfers elbow in one arm and tennis elbow in the other. He said a shot would just hurt like hell and gave me an oral steroid called pretnazone. No lifting, golfing, or lifting anything heavy for a week or so. Funny thing is I went to my other Dr. This morning for sinus issues and he gave me pretnazone for that so it was a wasted trip to the orthorpedic Dr.

Damn brother. Prednisone is the going treament for alot of shit. Its really good for any Inflammatory process going on, whether its in your sinus or joints. Gotta love "general medicine"...lol

Hey Rep, not laughing at you but that sounds funny, Golfers elbow on one side and tennis elbow on the other.
My elbows ache sometimes and the past month or so the elbows and area above and below were painful just
moving my hands or arms. Like you said, just turning a doorknob hurt like hell. Went to my rolfer (they work
on the facia of the muscle, tendons and nerves) He worked on my arms, hurt like a son of a bitch but I have
no more pain. Not sure if I had tennis or golf elbow but it was getting bad, hurt to even grab a dumbell.
