I hear lots of opinions and goals in fitness and working out for muscle. I have found what works best for me and my life can bend to allow me to realistically incorporate.
I can 't afford all supplements I would like to use. I often choose gear that I can afford as well biggest bang for buck. I also only can put in 1 hour to 1-1/2 hours a day for workout. Usually 5 days a week.
This brings me to my question, what are out stats and measurements? Instead of tracking certain things I track these measures.
My current height is 5'9-1/2"
my weight is 189
my chest under arms around is 47"
My waist measurement is 33" not pants size paint size 31 or 32.
My neck is 18"
Shoulders across 27"
Leg at biggest part 25" legs lagging
Arms 17"
My body fat I guess is 11%-12% right now.
I know I am not the biggest but my goals are to get to 205 and be at 10% or less. I am back on trt dose 100 mg per week. I wanna blast in February 15 thru May 15 or about 14 weeks. Have trt blood in Jan and again in July.
I workout for physique and appearance that I am happy with and have kept realistic for my budget and life along with genetics. I am 40 years old.
I use protein 1-1.5 grams per pound.
I use creatine HCL and or mono
I use agmatine sulfate
I use l-arginine 5000-8000 a day less if combination with Citrullin
I also like yohimbine and caffeine
Those are my main supplements I use.
I was wondering your guys measurements and height and proportions and honest opinion of happiness with those proportions.
