Be honest fellas. Sometimes my goals are as simple as get to the gym 3 times a week and get 300g of protein a day. Right now I'm burying myself in bodybuilding. This is a coping mechanism I developed decades ago. It keeps me sane and doing positive things. Given the importance of my bodybuilding infatuation during this time, I've set serious in depth goals.
1. Syntherol and IGF run- ya I'm doing BOTH! I've decided to do rear triceps (just the left right now to bring it up) as well as calves. I will be using a home made blend for upper body applications for now. Syntherol and IGF will hopefully arrive next week. I'll be using the syntherol in my calves as that is the only product that does not give me cellulitis. If the home made blend proves effective I will also be applying my home made Synthol to rear and side delts. I'm aiming to add a solid 2" to my calves. With MC IGF and Syntherol I think that it is very possible.
2. Diet - I'm going to slowly decrease my carb intake to see how low I can go while maintaining 100% strength. I currently eat about 400 grams of protein a day.
3. Once the Syntherol run is complete I'm going to do a 14 day run of DNP. The goal is to hit 5% at the end of the run. I'm also going to fully evaluate the product and it's effects in consideration for a national level show I hope to be able to do next year, but that's up in the air
4. Lastly and most important I hope to keep my sanity and stay away from alcohol and drugs. Normally I do a little partying, but with what I'm going through I develop urges. Basically my self worth plummets and i battle depression. That combined with alcohol and drugs is just not a good combo for me. It is what it is and I'm obviously not proud of it, so I feel that the best choice is to avoid things that put me in that position.
Anyways this is what I'm working on. I'm actually borrowing some money from myself to make this all happen which to those that know me illistrates how important this is to me.
