What is a good appetite suppressant?

ECA stacks work great for me when it comes to suppressing my appetite!

Green Tea always kills my appetite. I have to be careful when I drink it, because I'm not hungry for hours after I have a cup.

Ephedrine kills my appetite. I stopped using it months ago and won't go back... until I get a little fatter

I always find drinking flavored water when i am hungry holds me off until my next meal. i assume you just need to be able to make it from meal to meal for your diet.

Yea I just have to find a way to get from one meal to the next. Especially when a meal is a shake. That runs through me very quickly.

thats the beauty of dieting, it sucks! I dont know of any supplement to help you, i just used tosuffer and drink water

As other's said drinking water or low cal sports drinks helps temporarily and ECA/ephedrine works well.
