what is going on with elitesarms.com ?

Elitesarms used to be good back in the day. Heard the company got sold to another guy who’s a straight businessman and he completely is trying to cut costs and go the cheap route. I read on Reddit that they tested some of their sarms and only came out at 15 or 20% actual product
I’m not an expert but I’m assuming that’s not a good sign what else could they be putting in their sarms because it seems very fishy
