What is the average HGH Dosage for Bodybuilding Beginners to Growth Hormone.

What is the average HGH Dosage for Bodybuilding Beginners to Human growth hormone. HGH is measured in IU (international units) and mg (milligrams). 1 mg equals approximately 3 IU while 1 IU equals approximately 0.33 mg.

The dosage depends on the goal. People generally use 2 IU per day for anti aging purposes, between 4 to 6 IU for bodybuilding, weight loss and fitness, between 8 to 16 IU is used for short duration to treat severe burns or recover after injuries.

Doses below 3IU per day usually bring no side effects while people can notice the improvement of their skin, better sleep, more energy, eating junk food without gaining weight, etc.

After several weeks at 4IU and above some people will start to feel some side effects of somatropin. Slight water retention can be noticed in your fingers, toes and face (HGH makes the muscle cells hold more water and are thus temporarily inflated). Some people occasionally feel tingling sensation in their fingers and palms - this is known as carpal tunnel syndrome. It is described in detail in the "effects of HGH" section. In practice carpal tunnel syndrome is the only side effect which actually bothers the user. Most athletes simply ignore it and continue the cycle for as long as they can. If the carpal becomes unbearable, they lower the dose or discontinue use until the side effects are gone. It usually takes about 2-3 weeks for the carpal tunnel syndrome to completely disappear.

When using 4IU and above, it is good to split the dose in two daily injections. Half in the morning and the other half in late afternoon. You should avoid taking HGH before bedtime because the body releases its endogenous HGH (3rd dose) when you falls asleep. If you take the dose before bedtime it might interfere with your endogenous HGH release.

HGH caps/tops: Which color is the best?
Answer:

When HGH is referred to by the color of the vial caps it's usually generic growth hormone made by various labs in China. There are not more than a handful certified labs, capable of producing real 191 amino acid sequence somatropin. The necessary lab equipment to produce the HGH is a multi million dollar investment - unreachable for a "bathtub" steroid lab. Furthermore, the required know how includes genetic manipulation of E.Coli bacteria which then secrete the human version of growth hormone. When somatropin is harvested, the bacteria have to be filtered out, which is a very difficult undertaking.

So which color of HGH tops to buy?

Trying to distinguish the generic HGH by the color of the caps is like trying to judge people by the color of their jackets. The color of the caps can freely and easily be switched from batch to batch. This results in endless bodybuilding forum discussions where people report good and bad results from blue tops, green tops, red tops, yellow tops, etc.

If buying generic HGH, the only way to really make sure that what you are about to use will not bring damage to your body is to lab test it beforehand. There are two types of tests you can do. Either a complete lab analysis of the substance (done by a lab capable of performing the test) or using your body as a guinea pig, injecting a full vial and performing a HGH/IGF serum test. See the "Real of fake HGH? How to test it?" page for more info.

Beware of the 192 amino acid sequence GH (Somatrem)

It is less difficult (and cheaper) to produce the 192 amino acid mimic, which is technically not really somatropin. The difference is 1 additional methionyl amino acid attached to the sequence. While generally the effects of using the 192 aa somatrem are similar to somatropin treatment, the different molecule can bring about serious health issues. It is possible that the body's immune system detects the somatrem as foreign and attacks it. Because the foreign 192 and body's own 191 amino acid hormones are very similar, it can lead to the body attacking it's own HGH as well. This autoimmune condition would leave a person without growth hormone - which the body needs for regeneration, metabolism and various important functions.

Beware of the Low purity HGH containing bacterial residue

It is very improbable for a small lab to be capable of extracting the somatropin without bacterial residue in it. Injecting a low purity HGH it often produces painful red welts around injection spot - which is a good indication that the body's immune system has detected the bacterial residue as foreign and is mounting an attack. Potentially this can also lead to the body rejecting it's own naturally produced growth hormone which then leads to serious health issues.

History of colors of the HGH tops

Before the existence of generic HGH labs in China, the yellow tops were used by Jintropin (GeneScience Pharmaceuticals), blue tops were used by Hypertropin (Neogenica Bioscience) and green tops were used for Igtropin (IGF-1 long R3).

In 2007, both Jintropin and Hypertropin switched to using green color caps. Igtropin (IGF-1) was renamed to Revitropin and the color of caps was changed to blue. A few years later Revitropin was renamed to IGF3 and has since been using the red caps.

Brand name embedded in the cap

Some labs have periodically used the name of their brand printed on the vial caps. This has lately been abandoned by most because it can easily be copied and also limits the company's ability to distribute their products under OEM brand names.

It's been known a long time that the color of the cap didn't mean a thing for generic HGH. I always had to laugh about the posts I've seen in other forums where users would post how this color's HGH did better than the other color's. The real difference is when you get generic as opposed to a brand name. I had the opportunity to use a brand a few years back.. I think it was kigtropin. Compared to some blue tops I had used before that, it was hands down way better. The highest dose I've used in a cycle was 10 iu/day, and the gains were pretty good, but I didn't have the chance to use it with insulin. Still waiting to do that experiment. Just wish it weren't so expensive.

You mean generic colored caps doesnt determin the quality of Human Growth hormone? I been going aboput this all wrong lmao . On A serious note, a shitload of those blue tops were HCG. Chances are if its a perfect wafer of lyophilized powder , its HCG. Same goes for IGF-1 lr3 when sold in powder form. It should be chunky, crumbly , crunchy looking . Not always the case with brand name HGH but when it comes to generic hgh, you can tell by the wafer

Yep, when you're talking generic HGH, the color of the top doesn't matter.

I've heard about the HCG thing. I was lucky to avoid that when I had my cycles.

Im sure they mix a bunch of hcg in with the real hgh, as they come loose in a big foil bag, or at least thats how they were sold like 10 years ago or so

I did get mine in the big foil bag once, but I'm pretty sure I didn't have hcg. Sides were all the common HGH sides. The first time, I got the generic blue tops packed in little boxes, ten to a box. Those were also definitely not hcg either.
