What is your favorite bodypart to train?

Or also I guess least favorite. Mine switches. I love to train legs, arms and back even though it kicks my ass. Abs and calves bore me to tears but I do them. Usually I get bored with bis too, but when I diet they look freaky it motivates me so it's ok for now. What about ya'll?

I love killing my back and traps. I love it when I can't even sleep because I'm so sore.

Recently legs have been the least favorite. It feels like I'm not making any progress.

I love training back and chest. I hate training shoulders because something always hurts and if things don't hurt at the start then something will be out whack by the end. I also hate working my hammies too.

Honestly, i pretty much love it all!!!!!! The only body part that I sometimes dred is hamstrings and glutes. Only because when you train these fckrs right, you can't walk right for 4 days. I do love the pump I get from chest day the most though...

Back is my favorite...I should train legs harder but I always feel slightly sick after training them hard and I don't want it to interfere with my cardio.

Thanks for chiming in everyone. Buffalo keep at it, it will come. Hard to see progress on myself sometimes cuz I look at myself everyday.

Everytime I think I know,, then I get an awesome training session on a different part and love that one more??? Part of the territory. I do hate legs most though. Pushing through the knee pain can be a bitch.

I hear that Rep!

I dred legs the most. The weight I have to use, the fear of injury, and how bad they destroy me literally scares me. I don't remember how many times I squatted 315, I want to say 27 or so, but I almost blacked out so I'm not totally sure. With my injury heavy squats just aren't in the cars for me anymore and I'm near maxing out the Cybex leg press and still keeping my reps near 20. I'm thinking about doing hams first as they really need to catch up and maybe I'll be weaker on quads.

IDK...I love working out bud a lot of times I really hate working out. But then after a while I fall in love with training and I have times that I love and hate working out anybody part.

When you workout balls-to-the-wall you end up hating everything but I think right now it's because of the heat.

Today is chest day and I'm kinda like MEH!
