I also take
Fish oil 3000 mg
Vit c 1000 mg
Vit b complex 1 tablet
Vit b 6 50 mg
NAC 600 mg
Milk thistle 400 mg
Msm triple strength 2 tablets
Garlic 1000 mg
Multi vitamin 1 tablet

I don't take vit d or calcium because testosterone support neither mag anymore it inhibits iron. I only take it in multivitamin because it's balance. Minerals are very tricky we don't wanna unbalance them

L-arginine over 6000 mg day
Agmatine sulfate 1500 mg

As mentioned wanna get lgd 10 mg or
Laxogenin haven't tried yet.
Amino acids not worth the money would take if free
But I do take lecithin 2000 mg between meals
and protein of coarse around 40-50 grams before workout
I eat after workout

The calcium from pill form may be bad for heart. That's right! If u taking testosterone u do not need vit d or calcium this is for people with hormone deficit.
As I mentioned in post get a good performance multi vitamin and get your mag, calcium and minerals from it balanced and from good diet. We do not wanna mess with balance of minerals each one inhibits another very important!

Same with b vitamins get a good b-complex and get your niacin from there. I take 50 mg of b6 a night with my b-complex because I have carpal tunnel. Get b-complex with folic acid and pantothenic acid (b5).
Drop mag and calcium and vit d. Get multi vitamin for men under 50
Drop niacin get b-complex one I mentioned and get l-arginine instead for blood flow and heart health.

I take niacin to combat low HDL. I'm trying to work up to 1000mg and then work up to 1500 if I can. Right now I'm stuck 750-850mg because of the flushing effect it has.
Magnesium before bed to cut chances of having a stroke.

Low insufficient levels of magnesium does this. U eating a good diet, right! And more than u need is in diet and inside multi vitamin. U can read about how mag and zinc inhibits iron and how low storage Iron can have an impact on heart and other organs. Take it with a grain of salt.
Take garlic and omega 3's for cholesterol lay off orals. A multi vitamin should contain all the niacin normal people need then b-complex adds more.
How low is your hdl? Your diet may be lacking healthy fats. Low carb low fat diets can do this. U gotta give your body and liver what it needs and lay off of the things hurting u. I use alot of gear all the time. I prolly blast for 8 months a year. But mostly with 750 testosterone. Orals I use in low doses 8 weeks a year at most. Tren 6 weeks a year maybe not every year. The dht compounds are bad for this. Deca is good highly anabolics lower androgenic it what u want. Less orals
Increase cardiovascular output, push body to get heart pumping and blood flowing keep this up often enough.
Take baby asprin at least 2 a day. I do at night with all my vitamins.

Calcium, mag, zinc, Cooper compete with iron for absorbsion. I once was taken your combo two until dr tested my iron storage. Once I stop and got iron storage back right skin got better, acne gone, gaining weight and holding it now no more aches and pains. Trust me on this I went thru it. And Dr corrected me after iRon storage test

My cholesterol is good total # and high and low. I will post my labs I take this week will have them in a week after. But I did do some tren so am worried only gave 5 weeks before due for labs.
If u healthy not over weight and eating healthy diet with exercise if u have a stroke or not mag will have nothing to do with that.
Watch your red blood and don't be so worried about it that u over compensating and cause another problem. Your gear use has got u worried modify it with diet and exercise to get u where u need to be to have good levels and feel safe

First blood u are correct multi vitamins are best bet to go with. Minerals I learned the hard way or even more tricky. One inhibits another so a balance is what we need.
Our bodies became efficient on what we need from our diets, that we as human ate for thousands of years and took thousands more to change with each geographic change that human movements took.
The best foods or old food that was eaten for this many years. Meats, vegetables, whole grains and lots of fresh ones. I almost had got my degree as dietitian and nutritionist with physical training. I moved from that state and ended back in home state eventually. Unless u know u are lacking in a certain mineral don't take more of it. If u know u putting your body thru intense training then u wanna give yourself more of all of them balance thru multi vitamin on top of diet.
As I mentioned magnesium does help with stroke in people who are lacking it. Dr's order wrong test to check these things they have become clueless on importance of nutrition. To avoid this eat right! Use multi vitamin. And only take the ones that are safe from proper research. Calcium can be really bad for heart in particular but older people with hormone changes and menopause can benifit. They benifit because hormones play an important role of use and absorbing and hormones stimulate certain ones. Being on trt you have taken care of that part. The niacin sure u can benifit to get yourself back in range but there is no evidence that totally supports our good cholesterol is as good as they thought is was for us. If u it crashing it play close attention to how? Dht and high androgenic compounds and 17aa compounds (glucuronide metabolite) causing steroids. U wanna treat estrogen but not to a degree u crashing it. If u keep ratio to testosterone and pay more attention to that than a test # of estrogen that is for normal testosterone levels u will do yourself a favor when it comes to AI use and bad HDL.
Sodium is a mineral as well one we need but in right amounts. Hydration also is very important. Eating healthy fats very very important for HDL also cardio output. U wanna do high impact output cardio several times a week I am not talking about tread mill. But tread mills would work but u Gotta push heart to strong pumping capacity of blood thru your body. Supersets.any kind of hard output for long enough time does wonders with cholesterol. Times that are rough can be diets cutting fats down to nothing while using dht compounds orals and Ai's.

Calcium supplements in men increases risk of heart attacks, stroke, and other cardiovascular diseases. I just wanted to put this out there. There are studies to back this up and calcium also increases atherosclerosis, plaque build up in arteries. Unless u are having low levels and bone deterioration, mostly from hormone failure do not take more calcium.

MM you are the man! Thanks for taking the time to post up this info!

First blood, I am only here to learn and share what I have learned. I myself like u have a passion for health, bodybuilding to stay in shape and choice of exercise, and using anabolic steroids. I like this stuff it gives me purpose in life something to control because there are so many things we can't! Lol!
I never wanna sound as a know it all, but instead I wanna be a better team together for our purposes in life!

I hear you bro! We all come to these boards because we can't find this on the outside world.
Share ideas and knowledge and basically help each other out.

ubiquinol
super K complex
super b complex
vit c
curcumin
d3
green powder
primrose oil

Isn't that ursolic acid. Usolic acid is for hardening proper dose normally requires 2x to 3x label. I have used it several times while a ready lean. Usually when I am under 10% I take advantage of that time
