Q. What exactly should I be planing ahead for. Sex drive, Diet, workout,drugs, and any other tips your experience can show us.
A. My tip would be to stay strong. Anyone can go into the gym and throw weights around when they are feeling strong. Anyone can stay on a consistent diet, when things are going smooth. Champians will accept the bad days too though, and continue to work hard, even when they don't feel at all motivated.*
Coming off gear sucks. Theres no other way to say it. Everything you are experiencing now...all of the good benefits...expect the opposite when you come off. Low sex drive. Lack of energy. Weakness in the gym. Some will experience this more than others. There are a lot of factors. These factors include but are not limited to, how long you have been, how high your doses were, what compunds you used, how old you are, how good your natural test production was to begin with.*
Still coming off is a reality that every bodybuilder has to face at some point. It's best to come off often and recover your natural test. Keep yourself from being shut down for too long and it will be easier to recover.*
There are other aspects to think about besides natural test recovery. Steroids can effect your liver, cholesterol, and much much more. You need time off to let all of your functions return to normal.*
