Have to go with the creatine... the protien powder I use already has enough glutamine, so no need to pick that... and my powder is about 20-22% bcaa's... and the aakg (aka Arginine) is .5g per scoop, not alot but better than none...
Creatine has been my second option on supplements for a long time, make that on legal supplements... LOL
I dig my creatine. I have search hard for one I could tolerate (I hate drinkin all that water right after I train). I like Beverly Nutritions creatine product. Good price and mixes in 4oz h20!
agree with everyone else...out of the ones listed definitely creatine. It's too cheap not to use.
On that note remember way back when creatine was expensive. lol. That was about 10 years ago though. I think I started using it when I was 14 or 15 and it provided some decent gains. A lot of water, but increased my strength quite a bit. Went from a bench press of 65 lbs to 120lbs in a month or two. haha.
