I think I may have ask this a few yrs back, I recently bought some cube cut pork, it actually tasted pretty good but had some preservatives in it. What cut should I look for in the meat dept for the leanest of pork??

Tenderloin. Most grocery stores sell whole loins. Some of em already marinated. Really, it depends on how ya cook it. I grill a lot & marinated loins are awesome on the grill!
Also this works good
Brown on stove after seasoned and stuffed keep burner on high and flip when necessary watch it close.
Everytime it is sticking before it burns flip it and add a little water this will get gravy going or buy kitchen bouquet at grocery store and add about 1/2 to 32 Oz of water. This will be the water to use each time u add or when u lower and add more.
So after brown on all sides with good color add enough water to make bubble with heat on about half way I guess. Put lid over 3/4 and add water or mix when needed until tender. Or same way to finish in oven
U will have a gravy for rice or mash potatoes.
Another good way is season marinate with mustard and Italian dressing over night then cook or cut up and marinate and cook. Comes out with excellent flavor and tendoner.
