My immediate Post Workout is a High Protein Shake made with Fresh Fruit, High Protein Plain Yogurt, Cotton Cheese and of course Whey Protein Powder.

Than about an hour later I'm either eating Chicken breast and veggies or Salad or something like Tuna with High Protein Barilla Pasta.
