Just wondering what you guys think about this, since there is different opinions....
IMO... You should eat something, because if not you may go catabolic....
The other side of the argument is that you will be able to go right to work burning fat and raise your metabolism more if you haven't eaten yet (especially in the morning...)
So what do you guys think?
