When cutting...... Eat Before your workout??

Just wondering what you guys think about this, since there is different opinions....

IMO... You should eat something, because if not you may go catabolic....

The other side of the argument is that you will be able to go right to work burning fat and raise your metabolism more if you haven't eaten yet (especially in the morning...)


So what do you guys think?
 
Well to be specific, I have my last food or protein shake around 4pm then get to the gym about 530pm, as soon as I walk out of the locker room, I down some BCAA's and then again before I leave the gym.
 
so go ahead and eat that special sperm shake your parter gives you in the locker room before your workout, this will justify it for you if someone walks in again....lol...MM

crank - my last meal is about 3:00 pm and then workout about 4:30 pm. Then home right after for another protein shake. Lately, I haven't been real hungry after the gym for food so I've been leaving an mrp in the truck to drink on the way home.
 
i have a meal or shake about 2 hours before workout and then a shake immediately after and them food an hour and a half after that
