Me and a friend are seeing who can come in most shredded at a event and to drop body fat i'm doing ketosis, my question is should I eat carbs the day of event or day before?
Great question............the answer is it depends on how your body handles carbs and specifically what type of carbs. Everyone is totally different when it come to timing carbs after ketosis. You will need to play around with it to see how your body handles it.
