Count your carbs cals etc to stay somewhat on track? Or do you just go balls to the wall? I just go apeshit 1 meal isnt a big deal and im always right back on track the next day. Im having a double bacon cheddar burger, frie's, onion rings, and about 10 krispy cream donuts on saturday. On sunday im always a bit tighter and feel better. When i do smaller cheat meals i never feel as good on sundays or look as good.
