CONTESTS!
Usually around Christmas
Has to be for gear and peoples girls rep either the specific gear with pics of it, or write it on themselves, or on paper with a date, that way it's fair.
Those have been the most badass contests I've seen, and heaviest traffic through them

So which Sponsors are gonna step up????
