Who eats red meat daily...

I eat meat every day, and I have low cholesterol. I can't build more muscle without it.
 
I eat lots of red meat - I have no problems as long as I give it a couple of hours to digest before I hit the gym. I can't red meat and jump right on the elliptical without getting sick, but I think having most anything in my stomach would make me sick when I'm near VO2 max.
 
I eat a 1/2lb 90/10 patty a day with no problems. Im like saudades, I cant put on weight without it with my metabolism
 
i never had blood pressure issues till this cycle. I also what never worried about cholesterol. But things are changing my friend. Im eating less red meat and making more shakes.
