I've taken it a few times, great for fighting or anything endurance based. You'll notice an increased work capacity mainly when it comes to steady state cardio. No noticeable effects on strength or fat loss. If it's for bodybuilding purposes imo your wasting your money. ECA more effective for fat loss
U may be right I was running 800mg/week so maybe no dose will help lol. But I was recommended it to help with endurance while running tren. I was told that 20mg/day was the best dose but 10/day will still help
