Wide Reverse Grip Pulldowns....

I have done the reverse grip pulldowns before, but a buddy of mine just turned me onto wide reverse grip pulldowns and they hit the lats like nothing I've done before. If you guys give these a try, you'll really feel a hell of a burn in the lats, should give a nice thick and wide lat...

ive always done underhand lat pulldowns, and have for years

I love these but they injure my forarms. I feel terrible pain in my forarms, but will throw in one set occasional.
