Winny cycle and blood work

So I did a last cycle of tren, winny, igf, and test prop.
I ran my winny 8 weeks, tren and test prop 10 and igf still on.

So blood work to start was normal ranges, all was good
BP was 120/68
cholesterol was 174
liver values were normal

10 weeks later with a clean diet and of course exercise everyday:
BP 140/85
Cholesterol was 221
liver values were elevated-winny stressing my liver
Excess vit B12 in my system (due to the stressed liver)
lack of vit D-stayed off most dairy with excess fat.

so with that said, tren elevated the cholesterol and BP
Winny definitely put stress on my liver and LIV-52 did nothing!
After researching it, LIV-52 is not evaluated by the FDA so who knows whats truly in it.
You can make any supplement you want and label it as a propriety blend and sell it.
So im off LIV-52..winny should be limited to 6 weeks, trust me on this.
I used 60mg daily and had bad indigestion as well.

I was curious about the Liv-52. Hanks for the update. I suffer from bad indigestion as it is, winny makes it to where I basically have to sleep sitting up it hurts so bad!

I like to use NAC at 1200 daily while on orals and 600 while on cycle. After a oral cycle I like to detox with milk thistle I don't get bw so I can't assure this works but I feel like it does.

Theres an article I saw from NY that the FDA and an independent lab did studies on OTC supplements and found they don't contain what they say they do. Milk Thistle, ginko, and st john wort were a few of them.

I'll be honest with ya bro's. If something isn't in food (supp wise), chances are its not going to be very beneficial. Medications are a bit different, as we know whats actuallly in them, but OTC herbals....ya just don't know whats in them.

Nice work on the blood work good to know, that really sucks though knowing we don't have any true ways to help much with liver stress. Good thing im not huge on orals.
