Before our son she was MueyThai with heavy bag.
Her hormones changed and kids overwhelmed her. She will come back though!!!
She is giving up the brisk walks and stuff at home and Gonna get in gym.

i got my wife to workout once. she was so sore, she adamantly denounced ever doing it again. and she hasn't. she does walk around the place we have, but that's about as far as the workout goes.

She is Gonna start at new gym by home wants to go together.

And my wife used to run so weights and kick box and Muey thia on heavy bag before or last son 5 years ago.
She had one 20 years bounced back
15 years bounced back 10 years bounced back
Those were girls, she said this last boy changed her hormones or something. Lol!!

I get it with the hormone thing to this one is not the wife that had my kids she lost her mind so I got a new one after a while this one is much more easy-going and doesn’t fuck with my lifestyle
