FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY: There is a lack of solid information on this subject so I wanted to give my opinion. Firstly, if you are a bikini athlete, I don't believe that you need steroids to win a regional/national show. At the pro level, maybe depending on genetics/training, ect. Figure/physique is a different story. The issue is most women think they are taking Anavar, but Bc it's expensive and highly faked, often times they wind up taking other drugs unknowingly. If you are dead set on taking an anabolic agent, I would suggest taking a SARM like Ostarine in a very low dose(5-10mg/d MAX). Ostarine IMO is safer and it's been well tolerated in studies in women(3mg/d), I think LGD is too strong for women. Since SARMs are not hormones, they present less of a chance to have virilization side effects that steroids can and will have. SARMs can also be used for figure competitors, as well for the reasons listed above. If you do choose to go the androgen route, remember that even Anavar can have virilization side effects, that are permanent. I strongly believe that all women should stay away from androgenic compounds like test/masteron/tren, and DHT derivatives like winstrol. I would opt more for a very low dose of nandrolone phenylpropionate(not decanoate Bc it's easier to control side effects) or boldenone. Other non-steroid options would be some of the GHRPs to increase natural GH secretion. Again, taking androgens as a women is a dangerous game. You can go to any regional/national level show and visually see the side effects that these compounds have on women, and they don't go away with time. Hair loss, bad skin, clitoral growth, voice deepening...unless this is your livelihood I would opt for using things like SARMs instead and always take the proper health supps to mitigate any side effects.
