Yes I have been doing workouts with a friend of mine at the gym, yet he goes seven days a week. So I looked on the net and found one that is 3 days a week, it is very powerful and you end up doing a lot of different things, there are a lot of things you have to go thru and it is intence yet and I just started it this past week. What I love about it is you do ab workout for every time you do your workout, which contains on your knees and use the handle bar and do your crunches 20x 5 sets. Then you do leg raise off the flat bench 3sets each till failure, using the handle with wheel do as you squeeze your abs do 4 sets of till failure. Cardio 20 - 25 minutes. It is a great workout and you really fill it hitting your core muscles and that is what is all about. Especially if you want those six pack showing. Everything you do on this workout is excellent.
