Hey all!
Looking to see specifically what you guys like to run on cycle. As i'm sure you all know, when we are on gear, we recover at a much higher rate, so that being said, we can train more often.
I'm wondering what all of you prefer to do training wise. Tell us what you do, and why you prefer to do it.
