It currently five foot seven 165 pounds and looking to use both yk11 and rad140 to bulk up and get stronger. I’m 25 years old.
I’ve been searching for dosing and it seems like most people agree that yk11 is good at 10mgs. But with rad some people say to go 10 milligrams and some people say to go up to 30 milligrams.
What would be the best dose if I was to run them together safe for about 10 weeks or so?
