I have been told my the DR who replaced my 100% tendon tear that it makes tendons big and brittle as hell.
Like If you could imagine a green piece of bamboo being very strong slender and flexible.
As it dries out it swells, gets larger, is no longer flexible, is no longer strong, and will break.
Don't believe me, I went through it, and the juicing ass Doc that fixed my arm told me NEVER to run that specifically.
Now he was preaching, he agreed 100% with GH for recovery and usage, which helped me in the healing process tremendously.
Even fully explained the IU break down so I could understand it.
