I see there are people still asking about this stuff, I have to say if you don't want to be injured DO NOT TAKE IT.
I have been told my the DR who replaced my 100% tendon tear that it makes tendons big and brittle as hell.
Like If you could imagine a green piece of bamboo being very strong slender and flexible.
As it dries out it swells, gets larger, is no longer flexible, is no longer strong, and will break.
Don't believe me, I went through it, and the juicing ass Doc that fixed my arm told me NEVER to run that specifically.
Now he was preaching, he agreed 100% with GH for recovery and usage, which helped me in the healing process tremendously.
Even fully explained the IU break down so I could understand it.

I have given the same advice for years. If I were an athlete, I'd slip it to my competition to side line them.
 
theirs nothing wrong with a little winny for a couple to few weeks at a moderate dose!
 
If you are prone to any type of muscle spasm or tendon issue at all, Winny will speed that right along in a super short time period. The shit will cut you but it can hurt you bad enough to put you out if ya dry out and tear something.

That said, there are better choices...I personally like Masteron, but I have no problem leaning the f**k out when I want to so......

BS skull crushers, slowly, with a light and medium warm up still did it in for me bro

not trying to argue with you, but skull crushers are one of the worst exercises that a person can do-this is also what snapped Dorian Yates triceps tendon

I personally have only tried winstol 2x and both times it felt like it gave me the flu and I really didn't get anything out of it compared to when I quit

my thought is-why take the chance
