Anyone notice if they eat too clean, they are less hungry and look flabbier? When I cheat at least every 3-4 days, I look my best and certainly progress faster.
 
Maybe you need more rest. But yes when im on keto and I dont get enough rest lets say after pulling a hard 3rd shift night I feel like shit, tired and my body loses its composer due to just being exhausted. Everyones different but I can relate to the shitty lookwithout the carbs. To many and I look like shit, to little and I look like ....
 
maybe by eating clean you're sacrificing calories? it's harder to get calories in eating clean so maybe eating dirtier gives you those extra calories to keep your muscles plump and full.

as far as the hunger issue, I find i'm less motivated to eat when i know my meals are plain chicken breasts and broccoli. I find myself choking it down and not feeling hungry because it's not something that i particularly enjoy eating. you put a large pizza in front of me and my mouth waters and it's gone in 5 minutes lol.
 
I can feel so full force feeding chicken and broccoli some times... Yet could easily eat a few double cheese burgers or pizza after finishing said chicken. Hunger is so mental for me
