I used it saw no difference.Hydrolyzed whey has become more readily available, and it's touted as being far more digestible than even regular whey isolate. Has anyone else tried it and what do you think? I tend to not digest whey very well, so I'm hoping this works better for me.
I've used it and no noticeable difference.
So that's what the sour taste is.I am with this group of guys. It normally tastes bitter and the lower the hydrolyzation number 1300 vs 520, etc... The more bitter it becomes.
That being said the best protien out there period is a hydrolyzed casien ( peptopro). I only use it around my peri workout nutrution window, but it is unlike other hydrolyzed whey.
How much better than micellar casein and how so?I am with this group of guys. It normally tastes bitter and the lower the hydrolyzation number 1300 vs 520, etc... The more bitter it becomes.

Even though they both have casein in the name milcellar casien and hydrolyzed casien are completly different animal one is slow absorbing ( classic milk protien) the other is the fastest digesting protien in the market. here is a cut and paste to explain the peptopro product:How much better than micellar casein and how so?

I'm good with just regular concentrate. I was under the impression the only reason one would want to use isolate is because of the low lactose. Am I missing something here?

I've heard Peptopro was good. I was going to buy some a few years ago, but the site that carried it disappeared, and I couldn't find it anywhere else for such a good price.

In a way, yes. It isn't just because of lactose for me. I just need something that will digest faster/better because my system is very sensitive after having had my gallbladder out a few years ago.
think of it like gas octane; concentrate is 85, isolate is 90 and Hydrolzed is 92 and peptopro is racing fuel..............They all do the same thing, just depends on what you are trying to gt out of of.I'm good with just regular concentrate. I gotta ask only because a coworker of mine was just informed that her gallbladder needs to come out. Are there certain foods you must avoid after your gallbladder is removed?
