Shoulders for sure.........When I first started lifting at 17 it took exactly 2 weeks for my mom to ask me what in the world was going on with my shoulders.......instant growth................my quads on the other hand are a continued struggle.
Shoulders for sure.........When I first started lifting at 17 it took exactly 2 weeks for my mom to ask me what in the world was going on with my shoulders.......instant growth................my quads on the other hand are a continued struggle.
I guess it’s really my legs more than my shoulders. I made an effort to pick up the slack on the delts but my quads and calf muscles just love to grow. Maybe because I walk about 10miles a day at work.
