387.5 kilograms (854.3 pounds)
Total — 1,077.5 kilograms ( pounds) — All-Time Raw World Record
Meyers weighed in officially at 129.1 kilograms, meaning he had nearly 11 kilograms of body weight allowable to him that he did not have on his frame. Despite that, Meyers won gold in the event and altered the record books in the process. Meyer’s lone opposition at the meet was Brett Graver, whose second-place performance was 315 kilograms fewer than Meyer’s total.
Had Meyer’s successfully scored his third bench press attempt, it would have eclipsed the all-time raw bench press world record of 292.5 kilograms currently held by Larry Wheels from his 2020 XPC Arnold performance. Per the caption on Meyers’ Instagram post recapping his meet, he felt his chest tighten and quickly re-racked to avoid injury.

Long Time Coming
Three years prior to the King of Caves three, Meyers displayed that he had the potential to score the heaviest-ever total in the 140-kilogram class. He logged a 1,053 kilogram (2,321.4-pound) at the 2020 United States Powerlifting Association (USPA) No Luck Needed Open on Dec. 12, 2020, which, at the time, unofficially exceeded the all-time raw record. A trio of years is all it took for Meyers to obtained a firm grasp on the raw total world record.
