zphcstore.com problem with lost and seized packages

zphcstore needs to hire new people to handle their shipping.
Its getting ridiculous when it comes to ordering from these people. So far 3 packages and guess how many actually got to me? NONE. ZERO. NADA. 0 or 3. this is a ridiculous situation and I don’t want to get angry but how can I not?
The kicker is they refuse to reship and made me pay each time. Its always an excuse with these people.
