JF Caron is a pro strongman representing Canada. JF is the most decorated strongman ever from Canada and has won Canada’s Strongest Man 9 times in a row. He has competed in World’s Strongest Man 10 times and has made the final in 8 of those 10 appearances. He had a standout year in 2020 which included a 3rd place at World’s Strongest Man and a 2nd place at the inaugural Shaw Classic. JF was involved in other sports before he got into strongman including playing hockey up until the age of 18 and being a competitive Alpine Skier until the age of 16 – awarded Junior Provincial Champion.
