Hadi Choopan Reveals Posing Routine Ahead Of 2021 Olympia
Hadi Choopan looks ready for the 2021 Olympia in recent video showing posing routine.
In the past, Hadi Choopan has not had an ideal amount of time to prepare for the Olympia because of difficulty with travel. This year, Choopan is showing that with the necessary amount of time, he will be ready to go. In a recent video on Facebook, Choopan is seen showing off a posing routine ahead of the biggest event of the year.
On a ‘Persian Wolf’ Facebook page, Choopan is looking massive during a posing routine.
In early September, Choopan arrived in the United States to compete in the Olympia. In 2020, Choopan arrived right before the competition and did not have ample time to prepare. This year, he had about six weeks to prepare and get everything in line. If this recent video is any indication, Choopan is ready to compete at the highest level.
In the video, Choopan is showing off his physique and incredible mass. His waist is looking small while his arms and legs look competition ready. Choopan has had success at the Olympia in recent years and has a chance to improve further.
In 2018, Choopan competed in the Olympia 212 and placed 16th. He went onto win the Asian Grand Prix 212 that year before transitioning to Men’s Bodybuilding. He won the Vancouver Pro in 2019 and this is where his Olympia success began. In 2019, Choopan placed third at the biggest event of the year and was fourth last year.
Despite not having necessary time to prepare, Choopan has been able to put on a strong performance over the years. Heading into this year’s Olympia, Choopan will have some expectations.
Hadi Chopin has been training with Hany Rambod, who has worked with some of the biggest names in the sport. This is an advantage as Choopan has not been able to compete since last year’s Olympia.
There is plenty to look forward to in Orlando this year and Choopan is one of the big names to watch heading into the event.

Mr. Olympia 2021: List Of Qualified Competitors And Point Standings
Here is an updated list of qualified athletes for Mr. Olympia 2021 along with post standings.
The summer is winding down and Mr. Olympia 2021 is right around the corner. It will take place from Oct. 7-10 in Orlando. This is where the best competitors in the world will gather to see who will take home victories at the biggest event of the year.
There have been qualifiers each weekend and that will continue up until the deadline of Sept. 12. Athletes have up until this day to get into the Olympia. There is one exception and that is the Arnold Classic. On Sept. 25 in Columbus, the Men’s Open champion will earn an automatic qualification.
Mamdouh Elssbiay took home the Olympia victory in 2020 while the 2019 Brandon Curry finished second. The top five finishers from the 2020 Olympia have already qualified for this year’s competition. This is just one way to earn an automatic qualifier. Athletes can also qualify by winning an IFBB pro contest or finishing in the top three of the point standings.
Below, you can find the updated list of competitors who have qualified and will look to dethrone Elssbiay this year.

James Hollingshead Forced To Halt Training Due To COVID-19
James Hollingshead will take time off from training for Mr. Olympia 2021 after contracting COVID-19.
The COVID-19 pandemic has been controlled to a degree but it still impacts the lives of many out there — including athletes like James Hollingshead. The bodybuilder recently announced on Instagram that he has contracted the virus and will be forced to take some time away from training for the 2021 Olympia.
James Hollingshead posted a video on his official Instagram page on Saturday to break the news. In the video, he lays out how he has not left his house since last Sunday and has been unable to train. Hollingshead has received two positive tests.
“Sorry I’ve been quietWe live in a time where not much is personal and I wanted some time to digest the situationAs a bodybuilder with a very fortunate support network I feel it right to let people know the current situationSo yeah there it is been out of action for a while but hey it is what it is and there is not a lot one can do except ride this shit outI’ll be staying isolated until I get a string of negative testsI honestly don’t think this will have too much an effect on my efforts this year besides the obvious week + of no trainingFor now I’m just gonna focus on the days ahead and once I’m ready to get back it I willCheers guys”
James Hollingshead is qualified for the Olympia this year. He became one of the first athletes to qualify after winning the 2020 British Grand Prix Bodybuilding Show on Nov. 4, 2020. He began training back in the spring and shared a video on YouTube on March 13 taking viewers through his first public workout in preparation for the competition.
This news comes after Hollingshead decided to opt out of the 2020 Olympia. He gained qualification to that competition by winning the Europa Pro back in October 2020. Hollingshead put all of his focus onto this year’s Olympia but will be forced to halt his progress.
Hollingshead has been out of training for approximately one week, as of now. He will continue to remain home until he gets a string of negative COVID tests. Hollingshead has not been forced to remove himself from the Olympia. In fact, it could be quite the opposite. Hollingshead could use this as even more motivation, especially after being opting out of last year’s competition.
There will be more updates provided on Hollingshead’s status as it becomes available. For more news and updates, follow Generation Iron on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
Chris Bumstead Details 5,000-Calorie Diet During Bulking Phase
Chris Bumstead took viewers through an average day of meals during his bulking phase of training.
The 2021 Mr. Olympia is about three months away. The competition will take place from Oct. 5-10 Orlando and participants are beginning preparation. For Chris Bumstead, he has finished his bulking phase and decided to give us an inside look at his diet during this period.
Bumstead posted a video on YouTube giving viewers and fans an inside look at his day-to-day meals during this bulking phase.
Chris Bumstead is the reigning two-time Classic Physique champion at Mr. Olympia. He is going for his third in a row and feels like he has a great chance.
“This is the final full day of eating,” Bumstead said at the end of the video. “Prep starting soon. This is the biggest, strongest I’ve been going into a prep. I’m feeling really good, really excited. Probably going to start prep a bit earlier this year because I’m in such a good spot. Trying to get ahead of the game and get after that three-peat.”
Chris Bumstead gave a full insight to his daily preparation. After a morning stretch and drinking water, Bumstead begins with his vitamins. In the morning, he begins with lipids for heart, liver and kidney health followed by Omega K2 D3 vitamins. This is when Bumstead took to the scale to give a live weigh-in where he checked in at 264.6 pounds.
According to Bumstead, this is a bit higher than usual.
“264.6. Not going to, that’s actually a lot heavier than I thought I was going to be today. The highest I’ve been is 263, so lucky me, the morning vlog is a new morning high.”
After all of his normal morning rituals, Chris Bumstead was ready to get his meals going for the day. Below is a full breakdown of his insane calorie intake consumed during his bulking period.
