Big Ramy Takes On Larry Wheels In Arm Wrestling Match

Big Ramy Takes On Larry Wheels In Arm Wrestling Match

Two-time Olympia champion Big Ramy recently took down Larry Wheels in an arm wrestling match.
There are few things more entertaining than two behemoths putting on a show to determine who is stronger. That is what happened when Larry Wheels took on Big Ramy in an arm wrestling match recently. In the end, it was the two-time Mr. Olympia who came out on top.
Wheels shared the video to his Instagram page. The powerlifter has gained three million followers on the social media platform and they were recently given a treat with this competition.

Big Ramy and Larry Wheels have built two of the best physiques in the world and have done it in different ways. Big Ramy has spent his career building a massive physique to win titles on the bodybuilding stage. That is exactly what he has done after winning the 2020 and 2021 Olympia titles in Orlando. He will look to make it three in a row in December as the competition moves back to Las Vegas.
Wheels has dabbled in many areas over the course of his career. He has recently returned to powerlifting and setting some new personal records in the gym. His strength is only increasing despite his other paths.

In recent months, Wheels has tried his hand at arm wrestling. He began with two losses to Aleksandr “Schoolboy” Toproll before squaring off with Brandon Allen. Wheels took the early rounds of the match before Allen was able to take over. In this recent video against Big Ramy, it seems as though Wheels was overmatched from the start.
Big Ramy is seen looking comfortable from the early moments of the video and even cracks a smile. It did not look like he was applying full pressure early on. Wheels is struggling to take down Big Ramy and is later defeated when Big Ramy decides to turn it on.
It was interesting to see Big Ramy participate in something like this given the risk of injury. As a bodybuilder, he is on special diets and workout plans all year round in order to be ready for competition. Larry Wheels has been training as a powerlifter and keeps his strength at a high. At the time of the arm wrestling match, Big Ramy was around 340 pounds, which is his offseason weight. Wheels usually weighs around 245-300 pounds given his current goals.
Larry Wheels will continue to put on a show when he hits the gym while focusing on arm wrestling. If he continues to take on or train with athletes like Big Ramy, it will be must-see action.

Chad Nicholls Believes Big Ramy Will Be Even Bigger At 2022 Olympia

Chad Nicholls Believes Big Ramy Will Be Even Bigger At 2022 Olympia

Chad Nicholls does not believe there is a threat to Big Ramy come the Olympia.
Chad Nicholls has been working closely with Big Ramy this offseason. If there is anyone who knows the current status of the two-time Olympia champion, it wold be Nicholls. That is why it is noteworthy when Nicholls says that he believes Big Ramy will show up to the 2022 Olympia in even better shape than he has in the past.
When Nicholls speaks, it carries a lot of weight. He is a sports nutritionist and coach who has worked with the likes of Mike Tyson and Ronnie Coleman. Recently, Nicholls joined The Menace Podcast on Muscle and Fitness’ YouTube page to discuss the current events in bodybuilding — including the 2022 Arnold Classic and Olympia competitions.

The Olympia will return to Las Vegas from Dec. 16-18 after two years in Orlando due to the pandemic. Big Ramy enjoyed the time in Orlando winning back-to-back titles in the Men’s Open division. He will be looking for the three-peat this year and Nicholls believes it is his to lose.
“If something happens and he doesn’t do what he needs to do then he opens the door for everybody to step in a little closer,” Nicholls explained.
“I don’t necessarily think that there’s a guy that’s a threat to Ramy that’s competing right now.”
Big Ramy has already started training for the 2022 competition. He was seen in the gym shortly after winning in September. This gives the bodybuilder a huge head start compared to his preparation from 2021. Big Ramy did not begin training for the Olympia until just a couple months before the show. Now, he will have plenty of time to sculpt and improve certain areas.

Big Ramy was does not share many physique updates on social media but in a recent interview, he admitted that his offseason weight is 341 pounds. This is the plan for Big Ramy this offseason. He will focus on conditioning and show up in December around the 300-pound mark.
“Our game plan is still conditioning but at the same time, you take an entire year of training, which he probably hadn’t had for numerous years, getting a whole year dedicated t bodybuilding and pushing as hard as he can with everything timed perfect,” Chad Nicholls said.
“There’s no doubt that the potential to be three. You know, 300 to 305 pounds, somewhere in that ballpark, in better shape than he’s been in the last two years.”
There was a bit of controversy following Big Ramy’s 2021 victory. There were many that believed Hadi Choopan, who finished third, showed up in the best shape and had the best conditioning. He took home the bronze medal behind Big Ramy and Brandon Curry. The fact that Nicholls is discussing how Big Ramy will be in even better shape is a scary thought to the competition.
We have seen Big Ramy’s offseason figure and he has shared his weight. As of now, it is all according to plan and he is doing what he needs to do. If this continues over the course of 2022, it might be hard to take the Olympia title away this year.

Big Ramy Shares Offseason Weight Is Currently 341 Pounds

Big Ramy Shares Offseason Weight Is Currently 341 Pounds

Big Ramy is training for what could be a third consecutive Olympia title in 2022.
Big Ramy is not one to share information in the offseason regarding his plans or training. On Thursday, the reigning two-time Olympia champion joined his coach, Dennis James, to discuss the upcoming bodybuilding season. Big Ramy also revealed that his current offseason weight is 341 pounds.
The Olympia was held in Orlando the last two years and Big Ramy took home gold in each event. The show will be moving back to Las Vegas in December this year. The bodybuilder joined his coach to discuss different topics around the sport but it began with his current weight.

“I don’t like to tell people my weight but maybe I tell you, friend. Right now, I’m 155kg, (341lbs) with abs huh. You know I don’t stop anything, I do my cardio for the day. I feel I’m very healthy. I train every day. I need to train every single day. I don’t like to lift one day, I don’t like to do something for next year, I like for this year. We need to do many things before Ramadan, you know Ramadan we don’t have enough food. So that’s why I need a small break for us, but after I’m done yeah. Then, back to Vegas,” Big Ramy explained.

Big Ramy defeated Brandon Curry, who finished as the runner-up in each of the last two Olympia competitions, in 2021. Hadi Choopan finished third followed by Hunter Labrada and Nick Walker. This was a controversial victory as many thought that Choopan was in the best shape at the time of the show.
Unlike Big Ramy, there are many bodybuilders who believe in showing off recent progress on social media. This has become a craze where athletes give frequent physique updates to keep fans involved on their day-to-day activities. This can be done on social media platforms such as Instagram or YouTube.

Big Ramy has never been into this but he spoke candidly with James, who is a retired bodybuilder himself. Despite his current weight, Big Ramy continues to show abs and is as muscular as ever. Big Ramy did not begin training last year until a couple months before the Olympia. This year has been different. He returned to the gym in October shortly after winning his second title.
“This year, because last year we didn’t have time to change many things in our prep but this year I think we can make something different. I’m excited. I hope, we can make something different for the fans. People keep waiting for us, I know I’m working very hard but we can do many things more.”
This new training regimen and program could make for a big year for Big Ramy. With the Olympia being moved back to December, bodybuilders will have more time to prepare. Big Ramy will look to complete the three-peat at this year’s event.

We’re going to discuss the best diet for bodybuilders, his favorite food sources, and what his grocery shopping list looks like. As an accomplished and dedicated bodybuilder, Big Ramy knows exactly what is needed to see huge gains and make sure he only puts the best foods into his body. Knowing what professional athletes do to succeed can only help you as you seek to mimic their massive gains.
About Big Ramy

Mamdouh “Big Ramy” Elssbiay is an Egyptian professional bodybuilder who rose quickly in in the pro bodybuilding world. With a past as a fisherman, he spent years working in Kuwaiti waters before starting to train. Once that happened, he fell in love with bodybuilding and perfect genetics allowed him to thrive in the sport. As someone who wants to improve his physique and compete in competitions, his desire to be unstoppable has not only made him a big name, but earned him the title of Mr. Olympia at the 2020 contest.
For years, Big Ramy stood tall as one of the biggest bodybuilder’s on stage from every angle with his massive size and height proving to be useful. It served him as a powerful tool to have if conditioning can be kept under control. To date, Big Ramy’s toughest challenge throughout his career has been his conditioning but he works diligently to fix this. Ramy spent years in Kuwait as documented in Generation Iron 2. He finally nailed it in 2020 when he earned his first Olympia win and then repeated in 2021 with his second.

Q&A With Big Ramy
We sat down with 2021 Olympia champ Big Ramy for an exclusive interview to talk nutrition and see what lands on his shopping list. For only the best advice from a true professional, let’s jump into our conversation.
Generation Iron: Hi Big Ramy. Thanks for taking the time to talk with us today!
Big Ramy: My pleasure. Your website is a great source of information and I’m happy to contribute.
Generation Iron: Let’s get right into it then! Keto, IIFYM, paleo, carb cycling… It seems like there’s a hundred different diet styles to choose from! Which of these have given you the best results?
Big Ramy: I think all diets have their place, but I’ve always been a believer in high carb diets for bodybuilders. Carbohydrates keep the muscle full and fuel intense training.

Generation Iron: That makes sense! How many carbohydrates do you consume in a typical day?
Big Ramy: I cycle my carbohydrate intake depending on which body part I’m training. On a leg day I’ll consume as much as 1,000 grams of carbohydrates. On a rest day I’ll consume 300-400.
Generation Iron: 1,000 grams! Wow, that’s a lot of carbohydrates!
Big Ramy: Keep in mind I am around 330 pounds in my off-season. But yes, it is a lot of food. It’s important to find carbohydrate sources that digest easy for your body. My favorite carbohydrate sources are white rice, potato and Carb-Tech carbohydrate powder by Enhanced Labs.
Generation Iron: That makes sense. I imagine your grocery shopping bill must be through the roof!
Big Ramy: Eating like a bodybuilder is expensive but it’s not as bad as you’re probably thinking. I buy in bulk and try to stock up during sales whenever possible. I recommend all bodybuilders purchase a deep freezer! My favorite fat sources are avocado, olive oil and coconut oil. My favorite protein sources are skinless chicken, eggs, extra lean ground beef, tuna and salmon. Using a protein powder like the Enhanced Labs Isolate for 1-2 meals per day also really helps keep your grocery bill under control.

Generation Iron: That’s good advice! How many meals do you typically eat in a day?
Big Ramy: I always eat at least 5 meals per day. Most days I’ll eat 6 or 7. I don’t feel like the typical three-square meals is enough for a bodybuilder.
Generation Iron: You heard it from Mr. Olympia himself. You have to eat big to get big! How much protein and fat do you typically consume each day?
Big Ramy: My protein intake stays pretty constant. I consume around 350 grams of protein every day. My fat intake varies depending on my carbohydrate intake. On lower carb days, I eat more fat. On higher carb days, I eat less fat. I try to keep my calories around 5,000 each day regardless if it’s a rest day or training day.
Generation Iron: Do you have any closing remarks before we sign off?
Big Ramy: Like training, diet is a vital part of bodybuilding. Eating the right foods in the appropriate amounts provides your muscles with the nutrients they need to grow bigger and stronger. In order to be a champion you need to eat big and train hard!

The Best Supplements For Additional Gains
When it comes to that massive physique, it’s important to eat the right foods but also supplement with the right products. Working with popular supplements like pre-workouts, BCAAs, and protein powders can greatly affect your gains and what you want out of your workouts. Others to definitely consider are fat burners, testosterone boosters, creatine, and multivitamins, for these will work in each of their own ways to maximize your gains.
Wrap Up
The right foods and a proper nutrition plan is a game changer for your gains and this Q&A with Big Ramy hopefully answered any of those nagging questions you had. As an accomplished bodybuilder, he knows exactly what it takes to succeed and relies on only the best to power him through his workouts. Big Ramy Guest Poses At Shreru Classic

Big Ramy Guest Poses At Shreru Classic

Big Ramy made a recent appearance on stage as a guest poser during the Sheru Classic.
It has been a busy offseason for Big Ramy since repeating as champion during the 2021 Olympia. He received a huge welcome back when he returned home to Egypt after retaining his title and immediately began training for the 2022 show. Big Ramy recently made his second guest posing appearance since the Olympia during the Sheru Classic.
Big Ramy was scheduled to make an appearance on day three of the Sheru Classic in India. He closed out the weekend on stage after an event full of other big names as well. This was his second time on stage since the Olympia with the first coming during the KO Egypt Pro.

The Sheru Classic took place from Dec. 3-5 in Mumbai. Sheru Aangrish is an influential name in the sport of bodybuilding hailing from India. The former bodybuilder took to his official Instagram to share a video of Big Ramy during the event.
“?DAY 3??IHFF SHERU CLASSIC AMATEUR OLYMPIA .India ,we will be back again . Till than stay fit ,strong and healthy and follow all safety measures as much as you can ??.#sheruclassic #ihff #india #stayfit#borntodo #olympia2021 #2021#mrolympia“

When Big Ramy appears on stage, it is a big event but he was not the only notable at the Sheru Classic. Akim Williams was the guest poser on day one and returned for the second day as well. On Day two, Williams joined Sergio Oliva and Bhuwan Chauhan. Day three was the biggest one headlined by Big Ramy, with Williams and Oliva returning once again.

As usual, Big Ramy showed off his incredible size and conditioning during this guest posing appearance. His level of conditioning was brought into question after this year’s Olympia as many thought that Hadi Choopan entered the competition in the best shape. Choopa took home the bronze while Brandon Curry was the runner-up for the second consecutive year. Early in the offseason, it seems as though Big Ramy does not want this question asked next year.
It came out that preparation for the 2021 show did not begin until three months before. That changed drastically this time around as Big Ramy began training just weeks after winning on stage.
We are officially in December which means the 2022 Olympia will take place in one year. This gives Big Ramy plenty of time to keep up the level of his championship-winning physique. By the looks of his two guest posing appearances, Big Ramy looks primed and ready to make a run at a three-peat.

REPORT: Did Big Ramy Just Get Married To A Second Wife?

REPORT: Did Big Ramy Just Get Married To A Second Wife?

Reports from the middle east have claimed that Big Ramy has married a second wife in secret.
Media outlets from the middle east reported on Friday, November 19th, 2021, that Mamdouh Elssbiay, aka Big Ramy, has married a second wife. The news was originally reported by Cairo24, which stated that the wedding celebration was held in secret at a hotel in Alexandria, Egypt.
Big Ramy currently has a wife, Marwa, with three daughters. This marriage would mark his second wife (both active marriages) and, if true, makes Ramy the first polygamist Mr. Olympia champion in the history of the sport.

Egyptian journalist Radwa El-Sherbiny, posted a tweet on Twitter regarding the second marriage. The post included a picture of Ramy’s wedding alongside a photo of his first wife. You can see the post below:

يعنى بدل ما يكافئها انها استحملت ظروفه الصعبه لحد ما وصل راح أتجوز عليها! pic.twitter.com/Na2JOa4tzI
— Radwa El Sherbiny (@RadwaElSherbiny) November 20, 2021

As of the time of this writing, some reports have refuted the news and claimed that the wedding photos that were leaked were taken while shooting a scene from an upcoming TV series set for Ramadan 2022. It had previously been reported that Big Ramy would star in the TV series that is going into production.
After these reports, it would appear that Big Ramy’s brother, Mohammed, separately confirmed the news of Ramy’s second wedding. He also claimed that the family was fully aware of his decision approximately two days earlier. The family did not attend the wedding to avoid hurting Marwa’s feelings. Mohammed went on to also defend his brother’s decision, noting that Ramy has his own reasons for the second marriage. Though he did not go into further detail.
Big Ramy’s brother also indicated that Ramy’s first wife, Marwa, was not made aware of the second marriage until much later. Mohammed also stated that upon discovering the news, Marwa was in shock and having a hard time taking in the information.
Big Ramy most recently earned his second Mr. Olympia title this past October, solidifying his reign after many years of battling for the prestigious title. He has claimed that he will continue to return, defend, and maintain his champion status for years to come. Ramy has also received a hero’s welcome upon returning back to Egypt. Contrary to some aspects of pro bodybuilding here in the United States – Egypt holds Ramy’s success on levels similar to superstar mainstream athletes such as NFL and NBA.
This story is still developing as Generation Iron reaches out to get direct confirmation about these early reports. This article will be updated as more information becomes available. Stay tuned to Generation Iron Fitness Network for all things bodybuilding and fitness news and updates!

Post Competition Q&A With Mr. Olympia Big Ramy

Post Competition Q&A With Mr. Olympia Big Ramy

Today we’re sitting down with Big Ramy to find out how he transitions out of a grueling contest prep.
Today we have a great Q&A with your 2021 Olympia champ, Big Ramy, to chat about his post-competition routines as he phases out of that grueling and tough contest preparation. We’ll talk about training, nutrition and supplement strategies to prevent post competition water retention and bloating in efforts to stay as healthy as possible and carry over this great momentum coming off his big win.
About Big Ramy

Mamdouh “Big Ramy” Elssbiay is an Egyptian professional bodybuilder who had a rapid rise to fame in the pro bodybuilding world. With a past as a fisherman, he spent years working in Kuwaiti waters before starting to train. Once that happened, he fell in love with bodybuilding and perfect genetics allowed him to thrive in the sport. As someone who wants to improve his physique and compete in competitions, his desire to be unstoppable has not only made him a big name but earned him the title of Mr. Olympia at the 2021 contest, giving him back to back wins at Mr. Olympia.

Q&A With Big Ramy

We sat down with Big Ramy, your 2021 Olympia champ, to discuss life post-competition. Let’s dive right into this and see what Big Ramy has to say!
Generation Iron:  Hi Big Ramy. Thanks for taking the time to talk with us today. Before we get into the Q/A session, I wanted to complement you on how great you looked on the Mr. Olympia stage!
Big Ramy:  Thank you for the kind words but that’s already in the past and it’s time to focus on the next competition!
Generation Iron:  Let’s get right into it then! How do you transition out of a contest prep? Do you slowly add in calories, or do you go straight into bulking mode?
Big Ramy:  I’ve learned through trial and error that it’s best to slowly add in calories and ‘reverse diet’ yourself into a bulk. I’ve tried going full out bulking mode immediately after competitions in the past and my weight would shoot up 30 pounds in less than two weeks! I would experience terrible bloating and water retention too.

Generation Iron: 30 pounds! Wow!
Big Ramy: Yes. It’s important to slowly ease out of a grueling contest prep. Each week I reduce the amount of cardio by 25% and add a couple hundred calories back into my diet.
Generation Iron: That makes a lot of sense. I imagine it must be hard to be so regimented right after a long contest prep.
Big Ramy: It is but I do still allow myself some flexibility with my diet. If I’m craving a food; I eat it! I’m just mindful of the portion size. Instead of eating an entire pizza, I’ll only have a slice or two.
Generation Iron: What are your favorite cheat foods after a competition?
Big Ramy: I’m used to eating like a bodybuilder, so my cravings are never too bad but one thing I always crave after a long contest prep is fruit! After a competition I’ll have one or two servings of fruit every single day. I’m also a sucker for pizza, mac n’ cheese and nachos!
Generation Iron: Fruit? I wouldn’t even consider that junk food!
Big Ramy: It isn’t but to get to single digit body fat levels my diet becomes very strict. Even fruit isn’t allowed.

Generation Iron: How about your training? How does that change?
Big Ramy: I slowly reduce the cardio by 25% each week so that by week 4 I’m no longer doing any cardio. I also lower my training frequency from 6 days a week to 5 days a week. I typically train 5 days per week throughout my offseason. I will take extra days off here and there if my body needs it.
Generation Iron:  How about your workouts? Does your training style change as well?
Big Ramy: I always train hard and heavy but during a contest prep I do more machines to prevent injury. In the offseason I base my training around the big compound lifts like squats, deadlifts, and bench press.

Generation Iron:  Last question before we close off; how do your supplements change from pre-contest to offseason?
Big Ramy: Great question. I slowly transition off the fat burners. I’ll reduce the dosage in half for a couple weeks before coming off them completely. When I stop taking the fat burners is when I add in bulking supplements like creatine and carbohydrate powders. One supplement I always utilize during the offseason is CarbTech by Enhanced Labs. It’s a high molecular weight carbohydrate supplement with creatine and lactic acid buffers. It tastes really good too!
Generation Iron: That’s good advice! Do you have any closing remarks for our fans before we sign off?
Big Ramy:  Remember that your body needs time to slowly transition out of a contest prep. Going from one extreme to another isn’t good. Slowly transition into an offseason by reverse dieting and slowly reducing cardio. It will take discipline, but it will prevent you from gaining unwanted fat and bloating. You just spent all that time dieting; you might as well enjoy single digit body fat levels for a while!
Generation Iron:  You heard it from Big Ramy himself. Have a productive offseason and good luck on your next competition!
Wrap Up
You’ve heard it all here from Big Ramy himself. A devoted and accomplished athlete, and best in the field, Big Ramy knows exactly what it takes to win and how to properly adjust post-competition to give himself an even better chance at seeing serious gains and repeating for a third time come next year. With the caliber of competition at Olympia each and every year, Big Ramy knows what it takes to succeed and only gives himself room to grow as he seeks to take down fellow giants that walk amongst him come competition time.

Big Ramy Poses For First Time Since Winning Olympia

Big Ramy Poses For First Time Since Winning Olympia

Big Ramy made a recent appearance as a guest poser on stage.
A bodybuilding competition in Egypt would not be complete without the presence of the reigning two-time Olympia champion. The 2021 KO Pro Egypt took place on Sunday in Egypt and Big Ramy made an appearance on stage for the first time since winning the Olympia in October. He arrived as a guest poser and showed off his prize-winning physique.
Big Ramy took the stage with plenty of praise from the crowd and chants of his name. He performed a posing routine for close to two minutes for fans in his home country.

Leading up to the event, Big Ramy continued to be a big storyline because of the competition taking place in Egypt. He has become a superstar because of his work on the biggest stage. Big Ramy won the 2021 Olympia and successfully defended his title. This is something that he plans to do for years to come.

It is no surprise that fans in Egypt gave Big Ramy a warm welcome on stage. This has been the case since he took home the Olympia title. Big Ramy’s hometown of Kafr El Sheikh decided that the biggest square in the city would be named after him. Also, there was a huge welcome once Big Ramy returned from Orlando. There was staff waiting in the airport along with fans who wanted to catch a glimpse of the champion.
At the Egypt Pro, Regan Grimes took home the prize in Men’s Open. This earned him an automatic bid to the 2022 Olympia where he will have a chance to go up against Big Ramy. Grimes has displayed an incredible physique and has made progress in a short time since hiring a new coach.
Grimes finished first in this event after placing second last weekend during the 2021 Legion Sports Fest Pro. Now that he has his qualification, he can focus on preparing for the Olympia, which is set to take place in December 2022.
Big Ramy will not be an easy competitor to beat. It was confirmed last week that the reigning champion has already started training. This is about 14 months out from the Olympia. Heading into the 2021 show, Big Ramy had just three months of training after an extended period of time off. This is a scary sight for opponents if Big Ramy is preparing this far out in advance.
It is only right that Big Ramy made an appearance on stage this weekend. He showed why he is the Olympia champ and that fans are in for a treat next time he steps on stage. There is no doubt that there will be plenty of physique updates as training progresses.

Big Ramy Starts Mr. Olympia 2022 Training Early

Big Ramy Starts Mr. Olympia 2022 Training Early

Big Ramy has already started training for next year’s Olympia.
Big Ramy has taken over bodybuilding and done so by winning the last two Olympia competitions. The Egyptian bodybuilder has a legitimate chance to make it three in a row and the process has already started.
Dennis James shared a video on his Instagram page confirming that Olympia prep has begun. In the video, James is seen spotting Big Ramy with other trainers present as well. The two-time champion has started his process in Dubai.

This is noteworthy following a recent story about Big Ramy’s training leading up to the 2021 Olympia. Chad Nicholls shared photos of the bodybuilder leading up to the competition. He was 327 pounds of pure muscle but did not begin training until three months before he was set to take the stage. Big Ramy won the 2020 Olympia in December 2020 and did not begin training until July 2021.

This could be the reason that Big Ramy’s victory was a bit controversial this year. Despite being the overwhelming favorite coming in, many believe that Hadi Choopan showed better conditioning and deserved better than his third-place finish. Even Brandon Curry and his team were a bit critical of the judging and overall outcome. Quickly following the win, Big Ramy stated that he will continue to defend his title for years to come.

Dennis James has been working with Big Ramy over the years. Dennis James is a former IFBB professional bodybuilder. He competed in eight Olympia competitions, finishing as high as 4th in 2003. His last Olympia appearance came in 2010 and his final competition was the 2012 Masters Mr. Olympia in 2012. James put together a string of two victories in 2009 at the Tampa Pro and the Europa Super Show.
The fact that Big Ramy is back in the gym already might not be good news for the competition. This means he will have over a year to training leading into the 2022 show in December. He was able to conquer the Olympia with just three months of preparation and it is likely that he enters the 2022 show with an even better physique.
The competition is only going to get stronger and this means Big Ramy will have to continue to improve. He already has a leg up on the others after two victories and is taking ample time to prepare for the next time he steps on stage. This makes for what will be another entertaining show when the time comes.
Big Ramy has a great team to work with and knows how to get the most out of his workouts. Fans can wait and see when physique updates are posted. What we do know now is that the champ is back in the gym.
