The 2023 Sheru Classic Italy Pro Show took place on June 25 in Milan, Italy. This competition is a qualifying event for this year’s Mr. Olympia in the Classic Physique, Men’s Physique, and Bikini categories.
Fans are excited for the return of the annual Mr. Olympia show, taking place November 2-5 in Orlando, Florida inside the Orange County Convention Center. There are fewer months and events to qualify for the most prestigious event of the year. Currently, athletes have until October 9 to guarantee their spot on stage.
Any top three finishers from the last Mr. Olympia show from Classic Physique, Men’s Physique, and Bikini are automatically invited back for this year’s edition of the event. The winners of each category this weekend will have the opportunity to stand against the reigning 2022 Olympia winners in November.
Ahead of the anticipated showdown, fans highlighted a few Men’s Physique contenders to keep an eye on. Riccardo Croci is hoping to nail down three victories in a row after taking first at the 2023 Tropicarium Budapest Pro and the 2023 Mile High Pro. Should he win this event, he’ll take a Mr. Olympia spot away from someone.
Youcef Djoudi is another competitor brimming with talent to keep tabs on. Djoudi took first at the 2022 Mr. Big Evolution Pro but finished outside the top 15 at Olympia. This will be his first show of the 2023 season.
Lastly, fan-favorite Sidy Pouye will be back in action. He took fourth at the 2023 Pittsburgh Pro and third at the New York Pro, which was a solid testament to his consistency and skill level. With his eyes on first place, fans were counting down the seconds until he stepped on stage.

2023 Empro Classic Pro Results (Live Updates)

2023 Empro Classic Pro Results (Live Updates)

There are five IFBB Pro League contests taking place this weekend but perhaps the biggest is the 2023 Empro Classic Pro, which serves as a qualifying event for this year’s Mr. Olympia competition. There were six divisions featured at this show from June 16-18 in Alicante, Spain including Men’s Open, Classic Physique, Figure, Bikini, Women’s Physique, and Wellness.
Unlike in previous bodybuilding seasons, athletes have fewer months and chances to qualify for the sport’s biggest show of the year. The 2023 Mr. Olympia event takes place from November 2-5 in Orlando, Florida. The extravaganza will take over the Orange County Convention Center and will see 10 divisions crown a new champion.
Last year, the Empro Classic Pro did not feature the Open class. However, that has changed this year. The winner who takes home gold will not only receive a cash prize but will have the opportunity to face off against the reigning Mr. Olympia Hadi Choopan in November.
Fans have dubbed a few Men’s Open frontrunners ahead of the show in Spain this weekend. The leading favorite is rising star Michalk Krizo, who earned 12th place in his Olympia debut back in 2022. This will be his first contest of 2023.
Meanwhile, Andrea Presti will make an appearance. He also participated at the 2022 Olympia show but was unable to place in the top 15. He took home gold at last year’s 2022 Big Evolution Pro show. This will also be Presti’s first competition of the season.
Emir Omeragic will also aim to earn his Olympia invite this Sunday. He was third at the 2023 Arnold Classic South America show but has shown exceptional balance and promise as a future contender.

2023 Dallas Pro Results and Scorecards

The 2023 Dallas Pro Championships took place on June 17 in Dallas, TX. Competitors from the Bikini and Men’s Wheelchair categories battled on stage in hopes of earning their invites to the Mr. Olympia contest later this year.
Time is running out for competitors to guarantee their spot on the prestigious Olympia stage. Athletes have until October 9 to get the job done, but there are a number of bodybuilders already qualified for the big weekend. Unlike in seasons prior, the point system has been removed so anyone hoping to qualify will need to win a pro show.
This year’s 2023 Mr. Olympia event will head back to Orlando, Florida, inside the spacious Orange County Convention Center. Any Bikini or Men’s Wheelchair competitor to place in the top three at last year’s Olympia in 2022, has been automatically invited back for this year’s edition of the show.
In the Men’s Wheelchair division, Bradley Betts is definitely one to watch as he is the two-time defending champion of this event. He competed at 2022 Olympia and turned in an impressive performance where he earned tenth place. Tyler Brey will also be in attendance and hopes to win his first pro show. Brey was runner-up to Betts at last year’s show. Lastly, fans expect a solid showing from Jason Metcalf, who made his pro debut at the 2023 Toronto Pro Supershow with a third-place showing.

2023 DC Pro Results and Scorecards

With five different shows taking place around the world this weekend, it’s a busy time for the IFBB Pro League. The 2023 DC Pro show, which took place June 10 in Alexandria, Virginia, featured athletes from the Bikini and Men’s Physique categories.
All roads lead to this year’s 2023 Mr. Olympia contest. Unlike last year, the venue has moved from Las Vegas and will now take place in Orlando, Florida inside the Orange County Convention Center. There are some notable differences with the IFBB Pro League schedule this year. The point system has been removed. With that in mind, athletes must earn their way to Olympia by winning a pro show.
The winner of this weekend’s Men’s Physique contest will have a shot at standing against Erin Banks on the 2023 Olympia stage, who recently claimed gold in a hard-fought battle against Brandon Hendrickson. As for the Bikini division, the winner this weekend will face off with the current reigning Bikini Olympia Maureen Blanquisco.
With plenty on the line, fans were eager to name their picks. Charjo Grant stands out as a clear-cut favorite given that he won this competition in 2021. Meanwhile, he’ll be met with resistance from Vitor Chaves, who picked up recent runner-up placings at the 2023 New York Pro and Miami Muscle Beach Pro show. This will also be Steven Cao‘s first time on stage this year after winning the Mile High Pro in 2022.

2023 Mile High Pro Results and Scorecards

The 2023 Mile High Pro went down on June 10 in Denver, Colorado, featuring competitors from the Men’s Physique and Bikini categories. This show was an Olympia qualifier for the biggest event of the year taking place in November.
Bodybuilding’s ultimate destination: Mr. Olympia, takes place November 2-5 in Orlando, Florida. Athletes who wish to compete in this event must earn a qualification. The Olympia Qualification System has undergone dramatic changes since 2022. The point system is no longer in effect so athletes must win a pro show to guarantee entry.
In addition, the deadline to qualify for the 2023 Mr. Olympia show expires on October 9. With time running out to earn an invite, the pressure is building with each passing weekend. Whoever takes home the Men’s Physique crown will have a shot at Erin Banks later this year. Meanwhile, the Bikini winner will also have an opportunity to square off against the current Bikini Olympia Maureen Blanquisco.
With such a stellar roster of talent, determining favorites was a difficult task, but there were some names to watch. Riccardo Croci who is already qualified off his Tropicarium Budapest Pro win, plans to do some damage. Additionally, the 2023 Miami Muscle Beach winner Ramses Rams will aim to earn another title this year. Diogo Basaglia is a hot name to keep an eye on given the strides he’s made as of late too.

2023 Toronto Pro Supershow Results (LIVE UPDATES)

2023 Toronto Pro Supershow Results (LIVE UPDATES)

This weekend is a feast for bodybuilding fans as seven events will light up the stage across the globe. But the one that stands out from the rest is the 2023 Toronto Pro Supershow, where 10 divisions will showcase their best physiques on June 4. The categories are as follows: Men’s Open, 212 Bodybuilding, Classic Physique, Men’s Physique, Men’s Wheelchair, Women’s Bodybuilding, Figure, Bikini, Women’s Physique, and Wellness. The Fitness division is the only pro division that will not be featured in this show.
Amateur winners who earn their pro cards on Saturday, June 3, will also have the opportunity to compete in this contest.
Last year, men’s open bodybuilder Mohamed Shaaban claimed victory in Toronto and secured his spot at the Olympia. However, he won’t be defending his title this year as he is absent from the Men’s Open lineup. That leaves the door open for some powerful contenders who are eager to claim gold and the coveted Olympia invite.
The winner of this weekend’s show will join the elite group of athletes who have qualified for the 2023 Mr. Olympia competition, which will take place in Orlando, Florida from Nov. 2-5. The clock is ticking for those who want to make it to the biggest show of the year, as they have until October 9 to earn their tickets.
As the highest-ranking Mr. Olympia finisher, Iain Valliere enters this contest as the favorite. However, Ross Flanigan recently scored gold at the 2023 Musclecontest California Pro, and he’s eager to go two-for-two this weekend.
In addition, fans expect Hassan Mostafa to contend for gold as he won back-to-back competitions in 2022 at the Orlando Pro and Puerto Rico Pro. While he didn’t make it to the Olympia stage for health reasons, the Egyptian native is aiming to make an appearance this year. Other notable entries include Joe Seeman, Slavoj Bednar, and Jangmin Lee.
