Martyn Ford Shares Current Weight Of 315 Pounds Ahead Of Fight Against Iranian Hulk

Martyn Ford Shares Current Weight Of 315 Pounds Ahead Of Fight Against Iranian Hulk

Martyn Ford is finalizing the look of his physique ahead of this fight.
Martyn Ford has such an impressive and massive physique that many thought he was photoshopped. While it is clear that he is not, Ford is continuing to improve his physique ahead of his fight with the Iranian Hulk. On Sunday, Ford revealed his current bodyweight just three weeks out of the much-anticipated bout.
This is not an official weigh-in for the event. The two are set to meet at the O2 Arena in London on April 2. Ford has such a massive build that it makes him an intimidating figure. This has led to his nickname of the ‘World’s Scariest Man.’ This weight update was given on Instagram where he shared that he is 315 pounds.

“Weighed in this morning at 143kg. Feel Amazing in the lead up to this fight, still powerful, explosive and working hard on speed. Time to step it up even more now, no letting up, I will be the best version of ME … no matter what, I WILL be ready. (Sorry/not Sorry for My pout ?)”

Martyn Ford stands at 6-foot-9 and this makes his build look slimmer. Ford has huge shoulders and massive legs so it is not surprising that he is around 315 pounds. Since his preparation began, ford is down about 15 pounds.
The matchup between Ford and the Iranian Hulk is an interesting one when looking at the size of each fighter. Ford is expected to enter the fight around this bodyweight while being close to seven inches taller. Despite standing 6-foot-2, Sajad Gharibi reportedly weighs around 400 pounds.

This is an anticipated fight between two fighters who have made it personal and want to get the better of each other. This was shown during the first stare down between the two where each took a shot at the other. First, it was the Iranian Hulk who tried to take down Ford. During the second attempt at a stare down, Ford delivered a shove that sent Gharibi to the floor.
This is not the first time that these two have been linked in a fight but there is finally a date and it is quickly approaching. Martyn Ford is considered the favorite in the fight and continues to show off an impressive physique heading in.

Tyson Fury Credits Success To ‘Masturbating Seven Times A Day’

Tyson Fury Credits Success To ‘Masturbating Seven Times A Day’

Tyson Fury is not shy about his training techniques and apparently one help testosterone flow.
Hours of training, lighting-fast hands, quick instincts — all reasons why Tyson Fury has found great success in the boxing ring. In a recent interview, he credited something else.
The heavyweight champion joined The Pat McAfee Show for an interview and admits to masturbating seven times a day to prepare for fights. The Gypsy King said with a smile that it helps load up on testosterone.

“I put most of my success down to masturbation seven times a day,” Fury said.
“got to keep that blood pumping baby. th only thing i have bee loading is testosterone from all the wanking over they ears. right hands and left hands depending on what i feel like.”
Tyson Fury is known for throwing heavy hands and he joked about his levels of testosterone being the reason. This was not the first time that the champ referenced this technique heading into a fight.
Fury and Deontay Wilder put on three fights that will be remembered in the heavyweight division. Before the second meeting, Fury discussed similar trends that he was using leading up.
“I’m doing a lot of things I didn’t before. I’m eating five or six meals a day, drinking eight liters of water,” Fury explained.
“If it’s gonna give me an edge, i’m willing to try it. I’m masturbating seven times a day, keep my testosterone pumping.”

This trilogy might have been what truly took Fury to the next level and he was not shy about his methods. His statements mirror each other quite a bit so this might be actual evidence of what Fury does to get ready.
Tyson Fury has his next fight lined up and it might be his last. Fury is preparing to take on Dillian Whyte on April 23. This fight will take place at Wembley Stadium in London. He recently told reporters that he is ready to retire following the fight.
It would be a bit of a surprise to see Fury decide to retire following his next fight but anything is possible. He has certainly put himself in a position to do so and judging from his pre-fight measures, Fury has been able to relax. It will be interesting to see if any other statements are made as the fight date approaches.

Tyson Fury Says He Is Retiring After Next Fight: ‘$150 Million In The Bank. I’m Done.’

Tyson Fury Says He Is Retiring After Next Fight: ‘$150 Million In The Bank. I’m Done.’

Tyson Fury says he will call it a career following bout with Dillian Whyte.
Tyson Fury quickly worked his way up the ranks in the ring and currently holds the WBC heavyweight championship. Could the 33-year-old boxer be ready to call it a career after his next fight?
Fury is preparing to take on Dillian Whyte on April 23. This fight will take place at Wembley Stadium in London. He recently told reporters that he is ready to retire following the fight.

“This is the final fight of my career. I’m retiring after this. $150 million in the bank, good-looking, healthy, young. I’m going to buy a massive yacht abroad. Got loads of cars and properties all over the world. Just going to sit back with a hot blonde and piña colada. I’m retiring, I’m out. This is my final fight. The final countdown. I’m done.”
Is this a legitimate option? Coming from Tyson Fury himself, there is a chance but it remains hard to believe that he will hang it up just yet. If he does, Fury would retire at the top of the sport and this is the intrigue, along with the money he has made. Fury is currently 32-0-1 in his career with 22 victories by knockout.
Fury burst onto the scene in 2015 when he took down Wladimir Klitschko. He then had to take a break from boxing due to mental health issues before returning to face Deontay Wilder. This fight caused some drama after a draw was determined but Fury won the final two fights of the trilogy.

So if Fury does retire, what would this mean to the heavyweight division? We do not know exactly but we do know that it would complicate the chance of a unified champion.
Anthony Joshua held the other major heavyweight titles before his loss to Oleksandr Usyk. A rematched was scheduled but Usyk has been back in his home country of Ukraine fighting against the Russian attack. It is unknown when the match will take place but Joshua and Usyk will step into the ring eventually. With Fury on his way out, this would leave an opening as to a potential opponent for the winner.
There has not been an undisputed heavyweight champion since Lennox Lewis in 1999. He defeated Evander Holyfield to earn the honor and there might not be another one for quite some time.
Tyson Fury has had an incredible career and will go down as one of the best to ever do it. Will April 23 actually be the last fight of his career? It is something to keep an eye on as the date approaches.

Martyn Ford And Iranian Hulk Trade Blows After Heated Exchange During Staredown

The first staredown between Martyn Ford and the Iranian Hulk went as expected.
The anticipation and excitement around the boxing match between Martyn Ford and the Iranian Hulk is beginning to feel real. This was taken to the next level when the two rivals met face-to-face for the first time. The staredown took place in Dubai and was just as heated as expected. Ford and Sajad Gharibi came to blows on two occasions to set the stage for what already is a big-time fight.
The boxing match is scheduled to take place at the O2 Arena in London on April 2. The first staredown took place on Thursday morning about five weeks out of the fight.

During their first encounter, Gharibi attempted to take tackle Martyn Ford and take him to the ground. the two were separated before facing off once again. This is where Ford got even with a shove to the Iranian Hulk that sent him to the floor. Those who were filming the event were forced to help step in and break up the two behemoths.

This fight is scheduled to be a four-round bout which each being two minutes long. It is a Boxstar Celebrity Boxing event that is sanctioned by the Professional Boxing Association. This will be the headline event with 12 fights on the undercard. This makes for a great night of fighting at one of the most famous arenas in London.

When looking at the two fighters square off, you can notice the size differences. Martyn Ford holds a clear height advantage at 6-foot-9 compared to 6-foot-2 of the Iranian Hulk. Gharibi carries plenty of muscle mass and weighs around 390 pounds. This is 90 pounds more than Ford, who also carries great size at his extreme height. It will be interesting to see how this comes into play over the course of the night.
There is expected to be around 20,000 fans in attendance to watch this bout. They will have a chance to see the Iranian Hulk begin his boxing career against Ford, who has some experience in other areas. He has been training with some of the top fighters in the world to prepare. Ford has experience in MMA and Brazilian jiu-jitsu.
The plan for this fight was announced back in October. This means both fighters have had months to prepare and to think about their meeting. Both Martyn Ford and the Iranian Hulk are starting to gear up and that can be seen during their first staredown.

Martyn Ford Reveals His Dream Fight Would Be Taking On The Rock

Martyn Ford Reveals His Dream Fight Would Be Taking On The Rock

Martyn Ford recently explained why fighting The Rock would be a dream come true.
Martyn Ford is currently preparing to step in the ring against the Iranian Hulk. This is a fight that has been much anticipated and it will take place on April 2 at the O2 Arena in London. When preparing for a match, it sparks some thought on other opponents for certain fighters. For Ford, his dream match would take place against Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson.
After rumors came out that Ford wanted to fight The Rock, they were blown a bit out of proportion. In a recent Instagram post, The World’s Scariest Man cleared up his comments and explained what he meant when he said he would fight Johnson.

“?? you say one thing , and it kind of explodes ??.
I was asked, who would be your dream fight … there is only 1 for me, @therock for me he is an idol, a legend and what’s he has and is achieving inspires me daily.
Why fight him? Because it would be UNREAL to share a ring, and the hype would be insane … he’s an incredible athlete, a winner, a grinder … it would be one hell of a showcase.
Do I dislike him ??? HELL NO. Would I want to win …. HELL YES ??”

Martyn Ford made it clear that he does not have any disdain for The Rock. It is quite the opposite as Ford referred to the superstar as an idol. There are many times where two fighters step in the ring with great respect for one another and that would be the case here.
The Rock has experience and a background in many martial arts. He has been an incredible athlete since a very young age during his football days. After making a huge name for himself as one of the best WWE superstars of all-time, The Rock moved to the big screen. He is one of the top actors in Hollywood and continues to be a fitness icon.

It is extremely unlikely that this is a fight that would ever happen but all athletes have different dreams. For now, Ford will have to focus on fighting the Iranian Hulk in what is bound to be an exciting night of boxing.

Ford recently teamed up with world champion kickboxer Rico Verhoeven for a training session. The bodybuilder shared videos on Instagram of some of the training methods that were implemented. This includes sparring and some work on instincts.

“I mean, I would like to say it was close …. BUT I’d be lying ???, what an incredible morning of education. I think sharing the ring with the world champ, is definitely doing that …. @ricoverhoeven my brother ?? #champ#brother #levels @superpro_sportcenter thank you guys for all you do????”

He has an advantage in height, being 6-foot-9, while Gharibi will carry around 100 pounds more of bodyweight. Ford also has experience performing in MMA, boxing, and Brazilian jiu-jitsu. This is not the first time these two have been linked in a fight but it is the first time that there is an official date and plan.

In 2019, both fighters signed contracts to fight in the Polish MMA KSW but this did not come to fruition. Now, they will have a chance to settle their differences in the ring and put on a much-anticipated show.
It is clear that both fighters want to get the best of the other and that is why Martyn Ford is putting in the work that he is. With the guidance of some of the elite fighters in the world, Ford could perfect his skills and show great improvement when he takes on the Iranian Hulk.

Hafthor Bjornsson vs. Eddie Hall Boxing Match Reportedly Set For March 19

There might finally be a date for Hafthor Bjornsson and Eddie Hall to meet in the ring.
The much-anticipated fight between Hafthor Bjornsson and Eddie Hall might finally have a date. On Wednesday, Core Sports revealed that the fight between strongmen turned boxers is scheduled to take place on March 19 at the Dubai Duty Free Tennis Stadium in the United Arab Emirates.
The announcement was made on Instagram but Core Sports has since taken down their post. Also, the date has been removed from promoters’ websites.

On Feb. 2, Hafthor Bjornsson shared a video of himself training and revealed that the fight would take place in March. No official date was set at the time. March was the anticipated date for months now but this was pure speculation. It seems to be coming into form in recent weeks.
“MARCH IT IS. FIGHT IS ON. LET’S FUCKING PRAY EDDIE DOESN’T BACK OUT AGAIN!!! ??”

Eddie Hall also teased a fight date recently with his own video preparing. He was forced to pull his name out of the original match that was scheduled for September 2021 with an injury. Hall quickly rehabbed the injury and got back in the gym to prepare for this fight.
Hall backed up the notion that fight dates were close to being announced.
“JUST CAUSE YOU DON’T SEE IT’ DOESN’T MEAN IT ISN’T HAPPENING ?
IM READY ? FIGHT DATES BEING RELEASED VERY SOON. STAY TUNED?
BEAST VS MOUNTAIN ? ? ?”

This match will be between the only two men who have deadlifted 500kg. The feud began during their time in strongman. Hall held the deadlift world record of 500kg until it was broken by Bjornsson, who pulled 501kg.
Hafthor Bjornsson and Eddie Hall were at the top of powerlifting for years before making the transition. Hall won the World’s Strongest Man competition in 2017 before Bjornsson took home the honor the following year. Now, the world has been waiting to see the two get together in the ring for quite some time now.
There is a date that has been linked to the event but as of now, it is not official. March 19 seems to be the date to watch. There will be updates made as more information becomes available.

Need Cardio But Hate Running? Here Are 5 Others Ways To Cardio-Infuse Your Workouts

Need Cardio But Hate Running? Here Are 5 Others Ways To Cardio-Infuse Your Workouts

Cardio is definitely one of the building blocks when it comes to exercise.
Unfortunately, not everybody can tolerate long jogs. In fact, for those of us who prefer going to the gym to lift weights or use the equipment, running on the treadmill can become a huge chore. Unfortunately, however much you might hate running, there’s no running from the truth: cardio is an essential component of bodybuilding and fitness that needs to incorporated into your workouts if you’re looking to maximize results.
But for those of us who truly dread going for a run, here are five easy ways you can add cardio into your workout without running.

1. Indoor Rock Climbing
If the monotony of running bores you, say no more. This isn’t a staple at most gyms but Google if there’s an indoor rock climbing gym near you; they’re around. Rock climbing requires the upper body to be in a state of constant exertion, which gets your heart rate up and keeps it up at an intensity equal to or better than going for a jog. So, if you find yourself avoiding the chore of more conventional cardio workouts, this might be a fun one for you to try out.
2. Boxing

All forms of boxing are another great source of cardio. If you go to the gym with a spotting buddy, try turning him into your sparring body and go for a couple rounds of boxing, kickboxing, Muay Thai — anything works. If you’re more of a lone wolf type in the gym you can try just punching the bag for a solid twenty or thirty minutes; that’ll get your blood pumping better than a relaxing jog in the park.
3. Try the rowing machine.
The rowing machine is a great piece of workout equipment available in almost any standard gym across the country that doesn’t get a lot of love. The truth is, the rowing machine has so much to offer: it’s a great source of cardio because of the adjustable tension in the bands, and it also gives you a great workout in your upper arms and back that you wouldn’t simultaneously be getting if you just go for a jog. What’s not to love?
4. Biking or stationary bike
This is a pick-your-poison type scenario. If the reason you hate jogging is because you don’t like being outdoors, than biking isn’t likely to help you get more cardio in. A stationary bike might be a good fit for you since they’re also available at almost any gym and can be knocked out in tandem with whatever workout you happen to be doing there.
However, if you’re looking to get some fresh air or be in nature, a long bike ride — try challenging yourself with an incline if you’re really looking to get your heart rate up — might be just what you’re looking for.
5. Jump squats or burpees
Finally, if you’re a fan of HIIT, this type of cardio infusion is more your speed. Jump squats and burpees, when done rapidly and in small amounts, can really increase your cardio and overall gains from your workouts. If biking or rock climbing seem like too much of a new time investment, this is an easy way to take whatever existing workout you’re working with and inject some cardio inside.
The next time you’re strength training, challenge yourself by doing 20 seconds of jump squats or burpees alternating with 20 seconds of rest for about 5 minutes — you’ll be amazed at how fast it gets your blood pumping.

Mike Tyson Shuts Down Jake Paul Rumors: ‘I Don’t Think I’ll Do Stuff Like That Anymore’

Mike Tyson Shuts Down Jake Paul Rumors: ‘I Don’t Think I’ll Do Stuff Like That Anymore’

Mike Tyson recently spoke on the recent rumors about returning to fight Jake Paul.
Jake Paul might be one of boxing’s biggest sensations right now but Mike Tyson is still one of the best to ever step in the ring. There have been recent reports about the two getting together for a fight but Tyson recently shut down those rumors.
After seeing a report that there were official terms on a fight, Tyson quickly took to Twitter to respond. Following his tweet, Tyson appeared on the Full Send Podcast where he was asked about these rumors.

This is new to me. I saw Jake in St. Barths and he never mentioned it. https://t.co/eL01HDMdmr
— Mike Tyson (@MikeTyson) January 17, 2022
Mike Tyson sat alongside Dana White when he was asked about an alleged fight with Jake Paul. This was not the first time Tyson was linked to a Paul brother. There were also talks of Tyson stepping in the ring against Logan Paul but nothing has come to fruition. According to Tyson, this might never happen again.
“Guys want to fight me for $100 million bucks. I don’t think I’ll ever do stuff like that anymore. I wanted to do it the first time, just for fun, to have fun. Some people took it to another level and made it financial and the fun went out of it,” Mike Tyson explained.
Mike Tyson is referring to his return fight against Roy Jones Jr. that took place on Nov. 28, 2020. The fight ended in a controversial draw. This was Tyson’s first fight in 15 years and might be his last one ever. Jake Paul also appeared on the card as he faced former NBA player Nate Robinson.

Tyson spoke on his feelings about how fighting has turned financial. This takes away a lot for an old-school fighter and could be one of the reasons he is staying away.
“If it was back when it first started and we were both fighting on the same card and both active, yeah I would do it but it just turned bad. It didn’t turn out right.”
Dana White chimed in and gave his opinion on Tyson’s future. The two have a mutual respect and it made for an entertaining interview.
“I don’t want to see you fight anymore, man. I know you get mad at me when I say that but I do. I don’t want to see you fight anymore,” Dana White said.
“I don’t think I will either but you never know,” Tyson replied.
It is clear that the original reports were not true. There are no terms on a fight between Mike Tyson and Jake Paul. While Tyson did not completely shut down the idea of a return, saying “you never know,” it seems like his mind is made up and it could take a lot for him to return to the ring.
