Bradley Martyn Reacts to Potential Fight w/ MMA Legend Demetrious Johnson: “I Can’t Wait”
Bodybuilder and YouTuber Bradley Martyn has been the talk of the MMA world lately, and it looks like he may have a fight lined up. On the Callabassis Fight Companion, Brendan Schaub told Martyn that Demetrious ‘Mighty Mouse’ Johnson intends to fight him when he’s back from vacation.
Martyn is an immensely popular fitness personality who built a huge following on social media and YouTube. He hosts major productions like The Full Send Podcast and Bradley Martyn’s Raw Talk Podcast. Martyn also draws headlines routinely for his brutish strength.
Recently, some of Martyn’s statements have gone viral, like when he told Pro boxer Devin Haney to his face that he’d ‘beat his ass’ in a street fight. His remarks ruffled feathers, but most MMA fans quickly laughed off Bradley’s comments. However, Martyn poured fuel on the fire again after a podcast with former UFC star Nate Diaz. During their interaction, Bradley mentioned that he could possibly take Diaz in a street fight. Martyn also had some disparaging remarks to say about Jake Paul, which prompted his brother Logan Paul to call him out.
Earlier this week, Bradley Martyn invited Logan Paul to his Zoo Culture gym for a ‘no cameras’ fight. And while fans thought these two were destined to scrap, it looks like Martyn may have to deal with an MMA legend first. ‘Mighty Mouse’ is a decorated former UFC Flyweight champion and the current One Championship Flyweight champion.
Brendan Schaub Setting Up Fight Between Demetrious ‘Mighty Mouse’ Johnson and Bradley Martyn
Schaub is convinced that Bradley would get beat up by Demetrious Johnson given his lack of combat experience.
“I think the clip of us is at over 8 million views now, of me telling you Mighty Mouse would beat you up. A little update on that, spoke to Mighty Mouse because he reposted the clip. I was like, ‘Yo man,’ I tell – all fighters hit me up about you. I’m like, ‘He’s my boy, good dude, trolling also but he’s really humble, works his ass off, really disciplined.’ Anybody who meets you is going to love you,” said Brendan Schaub.
“I told Mighty Mouse that you’re a good dude, he’s like, ‘Yeah, no doubt. Just tell him, I’m down. It’s not going to go well.’ I tell him, ‘No I know, that’s why I want it to go down.’ He goes, ‘I have to go on vacation.’ I can’t say where he’s going, he said I’m going on vacation, but let’s figure it out, but I’ll come to LA just let me know.”
Martyn looked forward to meeting Johnson for a fight.
“I can’t wait. I can’t wait,” said Bradley Martyn.
Schaub says he spoke to DJ.DJ vs. Bradley Martyn is gonna happen.

Obscure fights appear to be the norm in 2023. While it’s yet to materialize, there are ongoing discussions about a potential combat showdown between Facebook’s Mark Zuckerberg and X’s Elon Musk. Zuckerberg has been spotted training in the company of UFC champions such as Israel Adesanya and Alexander Volkanovski. According to UFC President Dana White, both men are ‘dead serious’ about facing each other in the octagon.
Earlier this year, popular bodybuilding influencer Big Boy and former UFC Light Heavyweight Champion Tito Ortiz were slated to fight each other. Big Boy made it clear that Ortiz was passed his prime and planned to ‘retire his ass’ when they finally decide to share the squared circle.
Should they actually meet for a fight, Bradley Martyn would hold an overwhelming size advantage of ‘Mighty Mouse.’ Martyn stands at 6’3″ and 265 pounds, while Johnson weighed in for most of his fights between 125-135 pounds at a height of 5’3″.

Logan Paul Challenged by Bradley Martyn to ‘No Cameras Fight,’ “Come To My Gym”
Two of YouTube’s top personalities are ready to square up in a fight, whether it be boxing or behind closed doors. After Logan Paul offered to ‘humble’ Bradley Martyn in a Puerto Rico sparring match, Martyn fired back with his own idea. He challenged Logan to fight at his home gym Zoo Culture with no cameras.
Martyn sports a hulking physique and likes to test his strength, though sometimes to his misfortune. He’s a fixture in the fitness community and is known for hosting major productions on YouTube like The Full Send Podcast and Bradley Martyn’s Raw Talk. Given his knack for communication and drawing the best out of his guests, Martyn has become a fan-favorite in the industry.
Logan Paul has also built a wildly successful social media following, which includes millions on Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube. In addition, he’s made multiple appearances in the WWE. During a recent Impaulsive Podcast, Paul took shots at Martyn after Bradley said he could beat Nate Diaz or boxer Devin Haney in a street fight.
Logan Paul Wants to ‘Humble’ Bradley Martyn in Sparring Match, Says He’s ‘Desperate For Clicks’
In response to Martyn saying he could take the famous Stockton native in a fight, Diaz had a simple answer:
“Bro, you’re a podcaster,” Diaz laughed.
While speaking together, Bradley commented that he hoped to see Jake ‘get his ass beat’ by Nate. After hearing Bradley’s remarks, Logan Paul called out Martyn for a sparring match in Puerto Rico.
“Even the way you are talking about street fighting Nate, you’re not going to beat Nate Diaz in a street fight. You’re a well-versed guy, you’re not a guy who has to create beefs to be cool or relevant, especially when it comes to Jake. You’re cool with us, [Jake] is in the family and you’ve even said yourself that you like him. Why say that? Are you searching for clicks?”
“Bradley, you gotta be humbled. That’s what you need. It doesn’t sound like you’ve had it yet and I will invite you to Puerto Rico to spar with me to be humbled…Bradley, if you’re serious, I’m inviting you to Puerto Rico to promote my next upcoming fight and I will spar you and I will fu**ing humble your ass,” Logan Paul said on episode 25 of Impaulsive.
Martyn responded to Logan with revised terms for their potential fight.
“Logan Paul talking about clicks n views and I’m lame. This coming from the guy who filmed a dead body for views & all of a sudden I’m reaching for views? The same reason u even call me out is for the same purpose…VIEWS. In your own words…“To promote my fight coming up”. But when I did it in my content I’m lame?
Also to defend ur brother, your the guy who at every turn with KSl you don’t have his back and you own brother even feels as though u don’t.. & that’s from his own words, me wanting to see someone get memed and liking someone can both co-exist. AND speaking about clicks and views, fk all that, come to my gym no cameras no content..we can just fight in front of zoo culture.” Bradley Martyn shared.

Should they actually meet in the ring, Martyn would enjoy a significant size advantage over Paul given his weight of around 260 pounds. Meanwhile, Paul’s walk-around weight hovers in the 205-pound area. It should be noted, ‘The Maverick’ has legitimate combat sports experience. In 2021, Paul shared the boxing ring with legend Floyd ‘Money’ Mayweather in an exhibition match.
Unusual fight arrangements seem to be the norm in 2023. Over the last few months, the new Twitter owner Elon Musk, and Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg have laid out terms to fight each other. With both parties seemingly interested, fans might be in for a big treat. According to UFC President Dana White, Musk and Zuckerberg are ‘dead serious’ about fighting.
Musk has transformed his body and lost 20 pounds with the help of periodic fasting. Zuckerberg also has kept tabs on his fitness with participation in Brazilian jiu-jitsu tournaments and combat sports lessons with UFC champions such as Israel Adesanya and Alexander Volkanovski.

With Bradley Martyn and Logan Paul’s feud heating up, fans are jumping to pick sides. Time will tell if they meet in the ring and if Martyn can deliver in a fight without traditional combat sports experience.

Bradley Martyn & Jo Linder Talk Drug Abuse, Insulin Scares, and ‘Craziest Cycles’ Ever Taken
Fitness influencer Jo Linder well known as ‘Joesthetics,’ achieved fame with a shredded physique he sports year-round. In a recent episode of Bradley Martyn‘s Raw Talk, Linder reflected on his arrival to America for the first time, insulin, and his craziest steroid cycles.
In fitness and bodybuilding, performance-enhancing drugs (PEDs) have influenced athletes’ physiques for decades. Despite their taboo nature, their use, abuse, and mismanagement have become rather interesting talking points online.
Bodybuilders often use PEDs to enhance their already muscle-bound physiques. And the same goes for fitness influencers like Jo Linder, however, some members of these communities claim they have built their physiques through natural means, with hard work, nutrition, and discipline.
Popular names like Mike O’Hearn, Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson, and Chirs Hemsworth come to mind. Even though fans have no concrete evidence they use such drugs, many in the community are convinced, including Joe Rogan. He’s taken to multiple Joe Rogan Experience podcasts to urge many of these superstars to come clean.
As for Jo Linder, he takes a more transparent approach regarding PEDs. He is open to talking about his use and even discussed past cycles in the company of respected powerlifting phenom Larry Wheels. This time, he sat down with Martyn and offered him a behind-the-scenes look at building a next-level physique. They also discussed Jo’s arrival in the U.S. and his reaction to the American culture.
Jo Linder and Bradley Martyn Discuss Life in the U.S. + Substance Abuse & Legality
Splitting up his time in Dubai and Thailand, this is Jo Linder’s first trip to Northern America. He was pleasantly surprised by the availability and accessibility of marijuana.
“First time for me in the U.S. I just realized that you know here also weed is legal. So I used that to be able to sleep. It helps me big time. In Thailand, they just recently started to legalize weed, kind of. They’ve been the first Asian country to make it medically prescribed. I actually had a medical prescription license already since a while over there.”
“I never admitted to this ever, I never have said this before that I smoke weed bro, no. Never said it ever anywhere that I would smoke,” Jo Linder said. “Mostly sleep or also when you answer DMs and comments and stuff and you’re just in the zone and I’m so calm bro. Otherwise, I get too high-tempered online right, they say some stupid shit and you just be quiet. It’s easy to react.”

Jo Linder Discusses ‘Craziest Cycle’ & Shares Insulin Health Scare: “Don’t Do It”
Before delving into details about his most intense cycle ever, Jo Linder explained why he’s afraid of diuretics. He said they dry out the body before contests after it’s already in a vulnerable state of dehydration.
“Let’s be honest, the heart is also a muscle and that’s my biggest concern. What if I have such a bad cramp that my heart gets a cramp,” said Linder. “That makes me scared. That’s why I’m also staying away from a bit of bodybuilding competitions too much because I would take all these diuretics.
If I just stopped eating salt and drink a lot, and stop drinking as well, and you pee everything out, and you take a diuretic on top, and then you pee even more so, I cannot exist kind of [when I do that] I cannot walk. That’s what’s been scary. Oh yeah, you have this already and you dehydrate yourself more, maybe your heart will give up at one point,” said Jo Linder.
Linder said he’s experienced with high doses but never went over 600 milligrams of any compound except testosterone. According to Jo, his craziest cycle of all time was 100 milligrams of Primobolan daily, 100 milligrams of Trenbolone daily, and testosterone.
“To be honest, I’ve done all kinds of crazy shit in the past. I’ve tried different dosages, the highest kind of test that I ever ran was 750, 750 and then like, never, I never used a single compound more than 600 milligrams except the 750 milligrams of test.”
“The craziest cycle I’ve probably did this stupid coach back in the day put me on 100 milligrams of prop, and 100 milligrams of tren every day. It was like 700 and 700, that was a sick cycle right there. I was 105 kg at the start of the diet, it went down to 102 just 3kg, then I didn’t even need to do cardio I was just the guy who was getting more saucy more ripped, weight stays the same, and just getting more lean and dry by the day.”
Since Jo adheres to a diet almost year-round, it was very difficult for him to use Insulin effectively in prep. He added that he suffered from a few ‘close calls’ with his health.
“I tried also, people would tell you growth is so good, so good man, obviously I need to try it right? I tried a few times with insulin but as you know, I’m low body fat and I diet almost always, and insulin, if you eat a lot it’s maybe okay, but for me, if I try to do it, let’s say I take 5 IUs pre-workout and I try to do here with a sugar drink, then you do too many sets, then you forget to drink your intra workout, and you’re just dripping. Really man, close calls man, close calls man, don’t do it,” Jo Linder said.
For his last Men’s Physique contest a few months ago, Linder shared that he used 75 milligrams of Tren, 250 milligrams of test, and 100 milligrams of Primobolan.
“I personally, I really experienced it again now in March. I did another show, I tried to get a pro card and I used a bit of tren. I also did not mention this before. Just 75 milligrams of tren, no per week. On top of 250 test, so I did 250 test, I did 75 tren, and 100 primo also. I like primo a lot. Minimum effective dose I always believe is the best. For example, there’s kids just starting to work out and they are taking two CCs of test per week.”
With the sport of bodybuilding growing, conversations about PEDs have become common. In fact, Arnold Schwarzenegger recently unveiled the two-compound cycle he used to sustain himself as a dominant seven-time Mr. Olympia.
In an age where content is king, some worry that steroids and social media make for a dangerous combination. As for Jo Linder, he hopes to encourage young people to realize that the “minimum effective dose is always the best” should they choose to go down the route of enhancements.

Ronnie Coleman Reacts To Absolutely Insane Lifts By Bradley Martyn
Ronnie Coleman took a break from lifting and decided to react to some of Bradley Martyn’s feats.
Ronnie Coleman is one of the best bodybuilders of all-time and is still very much involved in the sport. Not only does he continue to follow bodybuilding but he is active in the gym and provides insight to other lifters. Coleman has also started some entertainment content reacting to other huge lifts by strength athletes.
On his YouTube page, Coleman was reacting to some eye-opening lifts by Bradley Martyn, who has become a social media sensation showcasing wild lifts of all sorts. This is the video that Coleman is commenting on and it features five minutes of some of Martyn’s best.
Early in the video, Martyn is seen doing an incline bench press with a dumbbell in one hand. In the other hand, he is lifting a woman by the lifting belt around her waist. He is able to control both and keep his reps steady.
“Don’t hurt that girl. Don’t hurt her. Woah, woah. Yeah, I, that’s pretty impressive right there,” Coleman said.
Other lifts that Bradley Martyn showcased was a flat bench press but instead of dumbbells, he used two barbells that were 225 pounds. Many lifts are unorthodox but Martyn also mixes in some normal lifts with massive amounts of weight, including barbell shrugs and deadlifts.
Ronnie Coleman explains how these are all lifts that show strength and coordination. He expresses many times over the course of the video that these lifts are impressive and should not be attempted by many. This includes a 405-pound bench press for reps in the middle of the street.
“Who did this? Put this in the middle of the street now? In the rain, too. Benching 405. I’d never do that one.”
Ronnie Coleman ends the video saying that they can get together for a session but he will not attempt the crazy lifts. Coleman has remained active in his retirement and still has plenty of muscle mass.
“That coordinated strength right there. A lot of that stuff he doing right there, he’s the only one who can do it….Maybe we can get together when I come out there and we can talk about it because there’s no way I can do any of that stuff.”

The bench press is a compound exercise which should be a staple in your chest workouts. Bradley Martyn takes this exercise to the next level by using a Swiss bar. Swiss bar, also known as the football bar, lets you use a neutral grip rather than supinated or pronated.
Don’t forget this is a Bradley Martyn workout, he leaves no stones unturned in making his workouts harder. If you don’t have access to a Swiss bar at your gym, you can perform the bench press with a straight barbell. Using a straight bar won’t leave any space for the girl to sit though.
2. Incline Dumbbell Press – 3 Sets 12 Reps
The upper chest is a weak muscle group for most people. Some of them make it worse by not training it often. Incline bench press is a great exercise to target your upper pectoral muscles. Maintain a full range of motion while performing this exercise.
While doing the incline dumbbell presses, don’t lock out your elbows at the top of the movement. Doing so releases all the tension from your target muscle group and puts it on your joints. If you don’t have enough weights at your gym, follow Martyn’s lead.
3. Hammer Strength Chest Press – 3 Sets 12 Reps
Your workouts should be a mix of compound and isolation exercises. Compound (multi-joint) exercises help in building strength and muscle mass while the isolation (single joint) exercises help with muscle definition and conditioning.
Bradley is big on pushing movements in his chest workouts. Hammer strength chest press is the perfect exercise to isolate your chest and establish a mind-muscle connection. Focus on squeezing your pectoral muscles at the top of the movement.
4. Dips – 3 Sets 15 Reps

Dips are one of the most underutilized exercises when it comes to chest training. This exercise is incredibly efficient at the lower and middle chest development. Your pecs should already be exhausted by the time you reach this exercise.
If you feel body weight dips are too easy for you, go Martyn on this exercise and add resistance by using weights. The range of motion is the key to this exercise. Squeeze the living hell out of your chest at the top of the movement.
5. Weighted Push-Ups – 3 Sets 20 Reps
You can’t expect a Bradley Martyn workout to end without a kickass exercise. Weighted push-ups can be a chest buster when performed at the end of your workout. Most people do this exercise as a warm-up at the beginning of their workout, but where is the fun in that?
Knock yourself out with some weights on your back. If you can’t complete 20 reps with the weights on your back, ask someone to lift them off when you hit failure, but don’t stop without completing your set. Be ready to experience chest cramps at the end of this workout.
